We were there for a social event with a fixed menu, so I can't speak for the entire usual menu, but the few things we had to choose from were well-prepared and interesting. The drink menu had a nice variety and while the beer selection was small, each option was much better than the standard restaurant selection.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Classy without being pretentious. Chicken fried steak was incredible, not hyperbole.

We really enjoyed staying here, very attentive and engaging staff, nice room with awesome bedding. Onsite restaurant and cool little store, everything clean and overall we had a great stay.

Elegant hotel in the Novi area. The banquet hall was big and the staff there was always available to help with the setup and operations.
The sound and lighting in the banquet hall were adequate to hold a wedding celebration.
At the last minute - their staff accommodated our request to approve an external caterer for meals for our program.response / report this review -

I attended a banquet dinner celebration has part of a social event. The staff are extremely friendly they helped us with setting up the audio for the banquet room. They also worked with a new unapproved caterer a day before and helped us get through that process so that we could get the cuisine we wanted.

Very comfortable beds, very clean, with a personalized touch. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and although this is technically a 4 star, overall It feels like a 5 star hotel experience. Love this place. I've stayed here three times. Never been disappointed!

The hotel is located within the outer perimeter of 12 Oaks Mall, with easy access to Novi Road, 12 Mile Road, and I-96. The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very courteous. There was live music in the lobby of the hotel during our stay lasting through the early evening. The hotel has a clean and modern decor throughout. The hotel has an attached restaurant which is rated very well, but I found the food a little disappointing. Perhaps it was my unsophisticated palate, but I thought the food was too fancy. Like maybe they were trying too hard to bring a wide variety of flavors together. There are other restaurants nearby if the one in the hotel doesn't suit you.

The room and restaurant were very nice. There are many places within walking distance of the hotel but there are no sidewalks. The issue for me was the hallway noise was not blocked out very well by our door. It was supposed to be a quiet floor.

The hotel staff really makes this place worth it! Everyone is super nice and super helpful without being intrusive. The Toasted Oak has fantastic drinks and food too!

Rude, immature staff. Hallways and rooms have an odor. I booked two queens and was told they only had a king and were sold out. They handed me a black business card when I asked for the manager. Hard to read and just transferred me to the front desk. So much for a relaxing girls weekend in Novi, Michigan. Avoid this hotel and book elsewhere. Plenty of others to choose from in the area!

This hotel has a very modern look. Customer Service is great with complementary water each night of your stay for rewards members. Plan your stay in advance as rates can be quite expensive. The breakfast is one of a kind with the best tasting orange juice I've ever tasted. The dinner menu has a variety of options and my favorite is the drunken mushrooms. It's a great experience each time I'm in Novi.

Very Nice, comfortable, clean & peaceful room. Right next to the mall. Soft beds/pillows and plenty of lighting options. Free wifi also. Expensive but definitely a good hotel. I stayed in the Deluxe Room - Double Beds
