We were really pleased with the service we received during our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the heated toilet seat in our room and the pool. We all enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast provided. I would definitely consider staying here again!

New hotel. Nice features. Clean. Quite. Great location. I don't stay at a lot of Holiday Inns. Location was a perfect spot this time. . Pretty much the best holiday inn I have ever stayed at.

Right at the edge of the parking lot of the Great Lakes Crossing Mall this makes a great location for an overnight shopping trip. Very modern-looking Hotel, great continental breakfast, it has a small workout facility in a pool, and hot tub that's great for families. The only issue I have with the place is that the walls are pretty thin we've stayed there a couple times and had had noise problems outside in the hallway late at night.

Great hotel, clean and newly renovated. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and pleasant. Spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend it. Never used the pool area but it looked nice, the exercise room was clean and well equipped all 4 times I used it.

Staff at this hotel was the most exceptional out of all the hotels I've stayed at. Showed was hot right when you turned it on. Beds were good. Everything was good except the first shade just let slightly less light in and was transparent and will leave you feeling quite exposed.

This hotel is the nicest I've stayed at yet personally. It even had a bidet in the bathroom. The bed was really cushy and there was lots of pillows on it. The pool and hot tub was fun and clean. They had a ton of extra towels there and changeroom and a bathroom etc. As for breakfast there were lots of good options. Coffee, tea, juices and milk. Oh and nice coffee mate options. Food included toast, waffles, bagels, sausages, bacon, cereal, yogurt (Greek), egg white omelettes and pancakes.

Came here to look at rooms for group rates towards a future wedding. Manager was extremely courteous and walked with us through each room. They have just renovated many of their rooms and the manager was very proud to show and talk about the rooms. Bathrooms have heated seats, bright lit mirrors. Rest of the room has very sleek carpet and desk areas. Keurigs in each room too if you fancy that. This hotel seemed to be the most accommodating and impressive of the ones we saw in the area.

Room was clean other than a few carpet stains. Staff was polite and breakfast was good. Pool was to cold for me but the kids enjoyed it. My 3 yr old grandson broke my 6 yr old grandsons goggles at the pool, while I was trying to fix them the maintenance man came over and handed me a pair of goggles. I told him they weren't ours (thinking he thought we dropped them), he told us he was giving them to us, to keep them. I thought that was a kind and thoughtful act. Lack of 5 stars was due to cold pool as we booked a room for the purpose of swimming (we could have stayed at granddaughters house 1/4 mile away but wanted to surprise the grandkids with swimming. Although the kids swam, I wasn't able to enjoy swimming with them. The pool was 70 degrees at best.
