  Poorly run. Awful Maintenance, half ass work. No salt on roads in winter. Security does little good (too few). I understand it's cheap but look elsewhere. Charge to much for pets, had to quote the Fair Housing Act for my Service Dogs. A disabled Veteran (me) Had to quote the damn fair housing act. If you must live here I appologize
  And the Schools here are lack luster as Well.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! When my lease is up I am gone, and I know others that will be leaving also! This place is a joke!! I can't even begin to tell you all the problems I have had and I have only been here since the end of March, it would take at least 2 pages to explain it all, just beware and think long and hard before you decide to live here!

  For the most part we love it here but i'll just be glad when the day comes that we don't ever have to deal with maintenance again. It has been a long hard road , shoddy work and downright lies in the way of unfulfilled promises , which i don't necessarily blame on management :-( Some of the negative comments I've read are not accurate tho i have to say , We have seen no evidence of gang activity ? Our neck of the woods is filled with folks who for the most part care about they're homes and the surrounding community. We "are" a community a lot like a stick built neighborhood and we love that atmosphere. We have never had issues with security "Never" , when we have called they were there in a matter of minutes. Like any other community we do have issues , of course..Not everyone is on the same page about keeping they're homes and yards nice and to be honest that can be very frustrating :-( I really do think Mike tries hard to make things right and in no way would i ever dare to think that is an easy job..

  They kept misplacing our info or just having the completely wrong info. They also were telling us of a trailer then when we went to look at it, it was sold then the next day said that it fell through. We went and looked at it and it had a cat in there and someone just took a bath or shower cause the mirror was steamed up. Then after only 2 hours we called and said we wanted that one and they said that they sold it again already.

  These is my second time renting from them. Once in an apartment and now in the park. I love it here they have always been helpful and this is the only park I considered moving to in Genesee County. I recommend this place all the time.

  $3000 to move in with a credit score of 570 for my student loans. with $2400 monthly job not eviction not felony a student with 2 little one and always pay my past rent at time. This is a family administrative mobile home the should understand a little bit more if u have a decent income and not evictions nor felony but not the take advance of people with poor credit and this is sad because we fall in love of this place beautiful place and staffs. was important for us to move asap but 3000 is alot of money not matter if u have a decent monthly income.

  Friendly staff. Maintenance guys were great did everything that was promised it did take a little time but it got done. Friendly neighbors nice pool safe place to live they keep grounds clean

  Looking for a nice home and Wow just reading the negative comments ( which is more than positive comments) pretty much did it for me will continue searching and reading reviews. Pineview estate is scratched off my list.. NEXT!

  Great place to live! Good maitence & people in the office. Highly recommend.. I'm not sure why there are negative comments.. Ive never had/seen trouble.. The park looks way nicer than any other park I've ever seen.. They take care of you here.
