We used this hotel for a block of rooms for out-of-town guests as well as a place to hold a social between the ceremony and reception. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Everyone from the front desk staff to the meeting staff to the maintenance staff were very friendly. Kristy, Nancy and the rest of the catering team helped tremendously with the planning and were in contact every step of the way. Even though they had multiple events that day, the staff was around to make sure everything was going smoothly and help accommodate with anything we needed. All of our guests also complimented how nice everything was and how friendly the staff was during their stay. Even though there was a mix-up with the welcome bags for our event, Nancy made sure it was corrected immediately and made sure all our guests received their bags. I cannot recommend the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport enough if you are looking for a place to hold a meeting or event!

I spent 3 nights here very recently and was very impressed with the entire place. The room was well maintained, the service staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant and lounge had great food, drinks and staff. Breakfast was over the top and such a variety!!! Shuttle service to and from the class I was attending was spot on and very appreciated. Definitely one of the top 2 hotels I have stayed in over the years for overall value, quality, cleanliness and amenities. Thank you to all the crowne plaza Cleveland airport, I hope to be back and visit again!

The customer service is amazing here just amazing. However comma I came here in a staycation with my daughter so we can have mommy and daughter time. My daughter wanted to swim. the pool is disgusting. It was the most disgusting pool I think I have ever seen in my life. It had green algae growing from the vents on the side of the pool. There were tons of dead bugs and I'm not talking about just a couple I'm talking all over the whole pool the indoor pool. They probably have not clean this pool in probably a year or even more. The bathroom down by the pool is absolutely beautiful bathroom but then you really look at it it's so dirty the baseboards are so disgusting there's about 5 inches of dirt probably hasn't been cleaned ever. I was very disappointed and I really hope that my daughter doesn't get some kind of disease form swimming in the pool. I hope I don't get child neglect for letting her swim but let's be honest that's what we paid for. The pool is my only complaint it was absolute disgusting I am just appalled by how dirty it was. I'm not going to lie I really wanted to go out with me as well I just couldn't bring myself to be comfortable not to get that disgusting pool.

We stopped here on Sunday, January 29th because, it was the first port in the snow storm. The beds for very comfortable but, when we open the door to go into the room it was like a blast furnace. I don't know who had turn the heater up to 83° but it took us almost two hours to get that room to a comfortable temperature. Was it the cleaners or, the previous guests? I have no idea. Under the desk in the room we found an empty wine bottle. Supposedly, the room had been cleaned yet they had somehow missed this bottle. I'd say they hadn't done a good job. There was no refrigerator in the room and, I felt for the price there should have been. I have stayed in much lesser hotels and always had a fridge and microwave. We ordered something from the restaurant downstairs. The young woman who worked up my order was very friendly however the hamburger is overpriced and it was salty we couldn't finish it all. Snow storm was not the fault of the property so, guess I can't comment on that. The parking lot did get cleaned. Could have been a better job but, at least they tried. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but, there is room for improvement.

I went to crowne plaza for a wine glass painting event and was absolutely impressed by the hospitality! I had no idea that with my $30 ticket I would also receive delicious finger sandwiches, a chocolate fountain, and be in a drawing for prizes. I actually won a $50 gift certificate to the hotel restaurant! Our waitress for the evening was so sweet and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend this hotel! �����

Shout out to Josh (who works in maintenance at the Crowne Plaza) going above and beyond helping me out with jumping my car in the freezing cold. Really seemed to care about the customer and because of that, I will stay at the Crowne Plaza every time I'm in Cleveland. Thank you Josh, thank you Crowne Plaza!

We had a staff reunion luncheon here. They gave us our own room. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Food was good (could have been a little hotter as the room was a bit chilly) our waitress was wonderful and very sweet!!. Other staff pitched in to help deliver food. We were never rushed to order. This was our 2nd time here and we will be back!!

We enjoyed the Powerlifting Meet held in the Ballroom of this Crowne Plaza. Large facility (big enough for 100+ lifters and hundreds of spectators), nice restrooms, and plenty of parking. I’d highly recommend for any large event!

Terrible experience. I utilized the airport parking service but it was not as seamless as doing the same service with the Marriott nearby. I called the number as soon as the bags started coming out at baggage check, thinking i could catch the shuttle back as soon as possible. Well I was stupid for assuming that they had any kind of effriecinecy or courtesy values in their guest service skills. It took 25 minutes(5 minute wait with the Marriott last time) for the shuttle to arrive. After waiting 15 minutes I called the number again and spoke to the same agent who was just dumbfounded with how to handle the situation. The lack of communication and efficiency could be routed in the training of this establishment. I hope you get it together so future guests do not have to encounter the same situation as I did.

As a crew member this hotel could not accommodate us more. they have a great breakfast at a wonderful discount. the food is good no matter what meal you choose. It is set up for the comfort of a traveling crew member and supplying a feeling like home.

I absolutely love the Crowne Plaza! I've been coming here and staying every summer as my Son attends Baldwin Wallace University! We will be coming back in August as he is now a Senior! Awesome hospitality, good food and Extra Clean! Excellent!

The Berea class of 1956 celebrated our 60th Reunion there last fall.
I had a concern about the room and Scott K. took care of it promptly and efficiently. I was very appreciative! He did his job well.
The food for our banquet was was unappetizing . It didn't look good and it didn't taste good. Improvement in that area is sorely needed.response / report this review -

So far it's great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and they have a shuttle service available 24 hours that will drive you within 5 miles. Light rail up the road. So very convenient for savvy travelers on a budget.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Great drapes to keep out the light. I always take a sleep mask and ear plugs when I travel and did not need either. All staff members that I encountered were courteous and helpful. Food was good but a little pricey. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific hotel. Conveniently located close to the airport, Southpark Mall, and many restaurants. Modern decor; clean, comfortable beds, a good inhouse restaurant, and one of the most friendly helpful staffs you'll find anywhere. If you're looking to host a party or conference ask for Laura. She is the best in Cleveland.

Not every Plaza in town offers an Awesome place to worthship. Church Alive Sunday at 9:30 and at 11:30. A diverse church where everybody is somebody Jesus Christ is Lord
