If ever in Charleston again this is where I will stay. Great facilities. Dining and bar available and airport transportation provided as well as the ability to leave vehicle on premises. I so enjoyed talking to the driver to and from the airport and all the staff at the hotel were terrific! Thank you!

Really nice hotel, clean rooms and even though I didn't use it, the pool looked amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative is that in my room, I could hear everything. There was a Christmas party going on and it was quite loud. I had a hard time staying asleep despite how exhausted I was. You could also hear things like toilets flushing in other rooms and the ice machine because my room was next to it. The airport shuttle was included which was nice, and they offer free coffee from the restaurant which was good. Overall I liked the hotel, I just wish it wasn't as noisy as it was.

I was in Charleston for a stand-up gig, and I can't imagine a better way to finish the evening spending the night at that city's Crowne Plaza.

The tall, spacious lobby is decorated with a giant city map (look up over the bar), and there's plenty of places there to meet and talk. Special props to Monique, who handled my check-in with friendliness and efficiency.

My room was room was contemporary and elegant, but not lacking the pop of style (the lion's head towel holder was a fun touch).

Everything I needed was at hand -- desk, coffee maker, mini-kitchenette, and there was power available on desk and night stands without moving furniture (my pet peeve). Crowne Plaza had another feature I've been looking forward to hotels adopting; there's a panel under the television with all sorts of inputs (apple TV, AUX cord, USB, etc.).

The bed was comfortable, but unlike many rooms I stay in the mattress wasn't too firm.

    Can't wait to come back!

Pretty incredible location. It's right next to a huge Tanger mall, and among many very cool restaurants. You wouldn't even need to get in your car to eat really well and spend the day playing among the stores.

The entrance and lobby are very impressive, huge and modern with some ornate touches. Staff was helpful and very efficient.

My room was great, cozy and nicely decorated with a mix of modern and retro touches like industrial-style lamps. A great bathroom, too, with very large glass shower and nice lighting. I also appreciated the real glass tumblers and ceramic mugs, all very classy.

Excellent bed as well, with sheets that feel like a million bucks (probably a million thread count), and super soft, fluffy pillows.

A very luxurious place to stay, and can't beat the location.

Had a great overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport Convention Center! It's conveniently located right off of I-26 and is surrounded by tons of stores and eateries of different varieties. I opted for some Steak n Shake as it is a stone's throw away from the front of the hotel and it was delicious! Between that and the super soft sheets I was able to get in a great nap before my show. Also really dug the ENORMOUS map of the Carolina Coast hanging above the lobby bar. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in quite a while. I was so impressed. I was bummed that I had to leave for my show right after I arrived because the room (or maybe I should say suite) was so nice. The beds were super comfy (and yes, I slept in both) and there was a lounging area. The bathroom had to be one the nicer things. It was sleek and modern and the shower was huge.
Also! This spot has the best smelling toiletries. I still have the body mist in my purse.
The staff went above and beyond. They treated my guest, my pup, & me with so much respect. They also gave me toothpaste, mouthwash, & a toothbrush because that's the only things I forgot to pack.
I would love to return to this hotel & would definitely recommend it to any travelers.
Oh yeh! The parking lot ducks! I love those guysthey will walk right up to you wagging their tails. I've never seen anything like it.
Even the ducks like this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, and a variety of quality restaurants, shops and a Tanger Outlet. Downtown Charleston, the nearby suburbs, and beaches are all within a 20-30 minute drive. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and modern. The Sweetgrass restaurant offers a decent breakfast buffet and tapas-style dishes at other times. The bar has a decent selection of liquor and the bartenders are very nice. Other amenities include a nice outdoor pool, fitness center, and laundry room. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Charleston area, and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel last night and it was fantastic! First off, it's in a safe part of town with lots to do around it. The mall, outlet malls, and loads of restaurants are very close by. It's also convenient off the highway. The front desk staff was super nice and professional. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was also great. Modern decor, everything is updated. Best of all, it's very easy to get to downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!

Very clean, staff was awesome Ben the bartender was so nice and made great drinks. Everything you could need is in walking distance literally this will be my place whenever I'm in this area very satisfied. I only complaint would be my bed was very loud thank goodness i had a double bed room so i just switched beds but soon as you sat on it the noise from the bed i didn't want people to thank it was something else lol

What an enjoyable stay the Crowne Plaza provides! This hotel is terrific. I honestly can't think of one thing that didn't hit the mark from the modern and large entrance to the extraordinarily friendly clerk who checked us in to the sleek yet comfortable room complete with extra cozy bed. The wall mounted flat screen tv was large and we were even able to plug in a video gaming console. I did not get to use the outdoor pool, but it looked well maintained. The hotel offers a full bar with open and gathering area brightly lit by skylights during the day. The locations is also super convenient with access to several restaurants, shopping, and highways I-26 and I-526. The only disappointment was that we were only able to stay one night.

Great location right at the outlets and a couple restaurants right next door. Rooms are small but very nice. Restaurant and bar inside hotel. Great free breakfast if your reservation includes it. Highly recommended.

This hotel has spacious guestrooms. The bathroom is in the back of the room, w/very accommodating sliding entrance door. The food is amazing; & the staff is very helpful However the bathtub's grab bar is on the wrong end, & the tub floor as a result can be too slippery (so you can wash your feet sitting down, or bring/request an anti slip mat). Also, the breakfast is not complimentary

Great staff and quiet rooms! I was impressed with the overall aesthetics of the hotel and the room. This hotel has a very convenient location to Charleston as well as nearby businesses. I
would definitely stay here again. (The sliding door for the bathroom left a slight opening in between the door and wall when you shut it so make sure you travel here with someone you're comfortable with!)
