The concierge was great and very friendly. However, the check in process was rather slow. Waited about 10 minutes before we could talk to a check in agent. Our keys never worked from day 1 and we had to go down to the lobby to get new keys made. The lobby has a small store for drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. Room was nice, clean, and updated. The hallways were extremely hot for some reason. The pool and hot tub area was nice and has pretty shade trees.

Very Nice conference meeting room. The hallway was clean, as we're the restrooms. All of the staff i encountered for my needs, had smiling faces, welcomed me and was respectful, friendly, and very eager to help in any way they were ask to help out. I haven't stayed a night yet, so I'm sorry for not having a report on the room's. However, I did pass thru the bar to get a drink for a friend and the bartender was very nice and they have a good selection of drinks, and it was clean. I did notice there were tables, but, again I only grabbed a drink from the bar for a Friend, and headed back to the conference room.

This hotel is perfect in every way! The people who work here are top notch all the way from the front desk to housekeeping. They never missed a beat! Everything I asked for was taken care of immediately. We ate breakfast and the food & service were fantastic. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to all that Austin has to offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience! Highly Highly recommended!!!

I have been to many hotels in my life time, some great and some not so great, but this one is one of the worse I have had yet to experience. Crown Plaza sounds so wonderful and full of fame on paper, and that simply stops there. I was greeted by a wonderful front desk clerk, but her manager was quite rude and made some snide comments while her employee was being helpful. Then I checked in my room and on my way there it looked like the elevators and hallways hadn't been vacuumed and properly cleaned in a long while. When I entered my room the carpet wasn't much better there, the upholstery stained, the furnitures scuffed and it smelled like stinky dogs. I returned to the front desk and requested another room which the lovely receptionist gladly switched - This place doesn't deserve her by the way. The room unfortunately wasn't much better. I will not stay at a Crown Nasty again, and that is certain.

It's really a good hotel, I was there for work purpose. Was there for just a night, had a pleasant & peaceful sleep. Staff was really helpful. Just 1 thing was really weird & strange, there was no microwave in the room. There was only 1 available nearby Front-Desk. There should be a microwave
In d room. If d owner of this hotel is seeing this, please do something about it.

The hotel is located in an area where there is not much within walking distance. The bathrooms are small and cramped. The front desk tells guests that the breakfast buffet goes until 11am but in reality it ends at 10am during the week. The thermostats on the wall don't actually control the a/c and it's a good thing because they can't be adjusted. The light switch only controls the light right inside the door, lights further in the room have to be turned on/off individually. The wifi is spotty at best. The staff is friendly which is a positive. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Overall I believe the only reason we stayed here is because the person who picked the location had stayed here several years prior. The hotel just feels out dated.

Nice place to stay. It has most everything on site, pool, gym, restaurant, bar and the rooms are clean and nice. The bathrooms are nice but really, really small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is super helpful and very nice.

Although a little outdated this hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very courteous and professional at all times. Seems to be a great hotel for small conference. Has a small pool and a hot tub although I never saw without kids in it. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was good. The only thing that ruined our stay was Michelle who stated she was the night supervisor. A simple request was made into a whole ordeal. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. I don't even know how someone like her could be a "supervisor". I doubt we will be staying here again.

The Archer Hotel, located in the Domain is brand new and very cool. With lots of outdoor spots to sit and enjoy the views the hotel does everything extremely well. The restaurant's food is superb and always is presented with style. The beds are fantastic with really soft linens and a cow hide blanket we liked so much we bought one. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and competent. The concierge, Stephen, was a great help with our planning and scheduling a private tour for us. The Archer's location in the midst of the best high end shopping in Austin was great. We will definitely return to the Archer Hotel!
