Great place to stay. Nice suite in a shady area. Rooms are very quiet and even the coffee is good which was a surprise. Great breakfast and happy hour with 3 free drinks (wine or beer)

Well worth the money, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Was a great location, quiet, clean, nice staff and would stay again. The breakfast spread was unbelievable.I had the best local organic greek yogurt. They are also will cook a hot meal for you. In the evening they have free appetizers and free alcoholic beverages.

My only issue was the vending machine had no soda in it. All healthy snacks and drinks

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, it here! I will never stay anywhere else in Austin again! This place is amazing! Environmentally friendly, solar powered, organic foods and coffee, beautiful large rooms and full kitchens (mini apartments essentially ) and QUIET! We actually got some sleep! Friendly and considerate staff, room and bathroom were clean, food was great, and rates were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet, peaceful, fun, environmentally friendly and economical relaxing atmosphere.

Wow this place is awesome! We had stopped by overnight on our way to Austin, TX and the suites were just awesome. Cozy apartment-style units with a working electric stove and refrigerator is perfect for our needs. In addition they had complementary happy hour when we arrived which was perfect for taking a break from the road but the breakfast in the morning was superb! Local, organic food was provided with a Texas twist made our stay that much better. The homemade salsa was so tasty as well as the local Greek yogurt! The fact that the grits were vegetarian would habe perturbed me a bit but did it taste good! I will definitely be looking forward to another stay!

Great free breakfast as well as a free happy hour. Rooms are large with living room, bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen but they are a bit dated. Beautiful grounds and one of our favorite places to stay in Austin

I love that when you arrive you're surrounded by trees and greenery. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was a nice feature, and having a living area helped me feel at home. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed here for four nights and if we are ever in Austin again we will stay here again. It is clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast was great. I called the front desk because our tv would not work and they had someone there in 10 minutes to take care of the problem. I can't complain about anything. Loved it!

I called and canceled my reservation with these people. Thought everything was good, then the next day after my intended first night of stay, I checked my bank account and they charged me for the room anyways. Even though they state they don't charge you for cancellations. I called up the hotel to get this issue straightened out and the staff there said there wasn't anything she could do. There was a manager on duty for the weekend. This was Labor Day weekend mind you. How do you not have a manager on duty during a long holiday weekend?? She said that they had no record of me calling and canceling and that I would have to wait until the manager got back in on that following Tuesday. Needless to say I was upset and demanded she figure something out. She said she would email the manager and call me back. This was on Saturday. Never got a phone call back. The next day, I called back, spoke with the same woman. She said she would not call the manager while they were off for my issue but she would email them again. I told her that was unacceptable. She said she would see what she could do and would call me back. Later in the day I received a phone call back from a gentleman named Don Wells. He acted as if he didn't really care about anything but getting a name of the person I talked to when I cancelled my room. I told him that at the time I didn't think it was pertinent to take down a name as I was under the impression that it was taken care of that day. He told me that he couldn't do anything without some more information. This man continued to talk down to me and belittle me. He acted as if I had lied about cancelling my reservation and if I had then I could help him investigate what had happened. I'm sorry but it is not my place or job as a CUSTOMER to help you figure out how YOUR people dropped the ball. This man had ZERO customer service skills. During the end of our conversation, the man wouldn't let me get a word in. He continued to talk over me every time I spoke. I became frustrated and talked over him and he then hung up on me. YOU NEVER HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER!! After this my wife called and tried talking to this man and he treated her the same way. She was way calmer than I was and he even hung up on her. Don Wells has NO BUSINESS working in a customer service position. You don't treat people like that and you NEVER HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER!! Stay away from this place!!!

Nice stay, quiet and out of the way but not far from anything, easy highway access. Room was spacious, dated but well kept. The breakfast was good and fresh!
Love the concept- saw the herbs and some fruit trees and solar panels.
    Will definitely stay here again!

Place is nice and clean, but the pool is a little small. A group of 5 came in with a football and took it over. They were a little to rowdy and chased the adults out.

Rooms are nice, but could use an update.

Not located near anything in walking distance. Secluded, Quiet, Large King (downstairs) & Queen (upstairs) 2 bathroom Suite with 2 TVs, living and kitchen area. Upstairs was hard to cool down (month of July)set temp at 65 degrees (lowest temp available)thank goodness there were ceiling fans. Stained carpets, broken doorknob, and metal brackets sticking out of walls upstairs and downstairs. Small 3-4' heated salt water pool with Nice small outdoor sitting area. Saturday and Sunday breakfast times are different from weekday times, so be sure to ask for the times. Also, website advertises evening complimentary bar drink, however doesn't state "Not on Sundays" For the size, it was decent.

Very 'Austin' hotel! Our first trip to Austin and we didn't want a boring chain hotel or 'iffy' hostel. This was a perfect medium. Very green campus, both literally and figuratively. Pool is big and refreshing. We skimmed it before swimming, but with all of his lush vegetation around, keeping it clean would be a full time job. Rooms were great. Big, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was perfect Cooked to order!

This property is a hotel with a B&B feel. The wine/beer snacks by the pool were nice. The breakfast was a nice touch. The apartment style rooms also a plus. The beds and liens very comfortable. The pillows very nice. Would stay here anytime in Austin. For the value can't be beat.
