The motel offers happy hour each day. There are 3 drink tickets per person and hot food, salad, soup, nacho bar, and hot dogs. The parking lot is secure with a gated entry. Comfortable rooms and Wi-Fi provided. Only suggestion would be better pillows on the beds.

Love this place, the kickback is great and breakfast is a must! Tip your bartender and have a good time!! Make sure if you pay cash, you have at least $50 for the hotel to "hold" for incidentals and damages on your card.

This hotel is easy to get to whether you are traveling north or south on I35. There are three or four good sit-down restaurants right next door. The buffet breakfast is always good with a good selection. This hotel has happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. At check-in they give you a card that is good for three complimentary drinks during happy hour. They also have a nice buffet of various snack food during happy hour. My room was clean and we'll maintained. They have water efficient commodes but normal shower heads in the bathrooms. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is in a fixture attached to the wall of the shower/bathtub (so no free bottles to collect.) Looks like every rooms has its own thermostat for central heat and air (no window units.) Staff are friendly and nice. Lobby, eating and workout areas are kept clean an well maintained. This is a older hotel that has been renovated but you can see that they try to maintain it. The whole hotel is a non-smoking facility.response / report this review -

Hotel staff are great. Helpful. Polite. We have stayed several times and it is Always good. I recommend a 4th floor room - these have a very nice shape and pitched ceiling. Skylights in the hallway.

It was a great stay. The festival was going on while we were visiting and all the hotels were gouging except for Drury. We'd only stayed in one Drury before and that was Colorado and it was very clean so we decided to give it a try. Again this place was clean and in a great location for us, not loud. Breakfast really needs a choice of green tea. Thanks!

Very pet friendly and only a small extra fee for pet. Room extremely nice and very clean. Late afternoon happy hour good as well as breakfast selection. Definitely will stay here again.

I have never stayed at Drury hotels before but boy I was so impressed by this hotel so much that I want to come back to Austin just so I can stay there again. From the moment I called to see if we could check-in sooner and they more than happily helped us out I knew that I had picked the best hotel there possible. It was also 5 to 10 minutes away from every event I had planned for my husband's birthday weekend. They have military discounts too! They provide hot and quick breakfast (sausage, eggs, biscuits, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal and fruits), they also give free dinner from 5:30PM to 7:00PM and if you are over 21 you get up to 3 free alcoholic drinks for every night you stay!!! I don't know about anyone else but dang did I get a bang for my bucks while staying there. Oh and they also have free freshly popped popcorn from 3:00PM to 10:00PM along with soft drinks!!! Waaaay more than what any other hotel I've ever stayed at has done for their customers. I never had the chance to check out their pool so I can't really comment on that. We stayed at a King room and both my husband and I were so delighted that the bed was extremely comfy, fresh and clean and the bathroom was a bit small but it was just for us two so it was perfect. Oh and I mentioned it was my hubby's birthday weekend both online when I made the reservation and at the receptio, well, when we went to the room they had a happy birthday greeting card with two balloons and a big lollipop! They are so caring and attentive! On one day that we turned down room service they called our room early evening to see if we needed anything before house keeping went home. Thank you so much for treating us so well and making my husband's birthday weekend very delightful! You have gained a customer for life.

This is hands down one of the greatest hotels I have ever stayed in. The price is wonderful for the extraordinary level of service you receive! We had the two queen sized beds with sofa suite, and the room was spotless and clean with well more than enough space to accommodate for a family of five. It is pet friendly and the staff was just incredible. They offered an evening time with complimentary drinks and food that was delicious and there was always freshly popped popcorn in the lobby. The aesthetics were modern and cozy that made for a nice, peaceful atmosphere. I will be looking here first for all my visits to Austin from now on.

We never stayed in Drury ,this was our first experience at this Inn and we absolutely love this place. Employees are nice. Free breakfast and free dinner with 3 free drinks everyday. Rooms are clean. We love the interior specially the lobby area. As per the price point i think best place to live in AUSTIN , TEXAS. One more thing they have gated parking facility.response / report this review -

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. 5:30 kick back is great don't have to leave the hotel to get something to eat. If you're still hungry tbere is a couple of restaurants next door. Free breakfast can't beat that. The staff is always friendly.

Free parking in a gated parking lot. Free food and drinks in the evening. A very good hot breakfast too. Rooms are quiet and spacious. The hotel has been renovated and looks great! Always has friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here for South By Southwest​ 2016 and was more than pleased with the amenities and the offering of a free happy hour in the lobby. The room was clean and spacious, I felt I had plenty of privacy and never had any problems with noise. The staff at the front desk were plenty helpful and there is a sundry in case you forget anything or want a late night snack! Also walkable to a couple of restaurants next door. About a 10 minute car ride to the downtown area.

I stayed at this location in Austin Texas over night. I must say that Derby will be my new go to hotel. The price was great for the amenities you get. Free Free Free happy hour, popcorn , and soda; to top it off the breakfast was very good. I will truly become a frequent visitor of this hotel line. I hope the other locations in others states are as good as this one.

I have never stayed in a Drury before, but I think I am a convert. The staff is extremely pleasant, the rooms and facilities are clean, and the hospitality is amazing. Several of the staff are wearing name tags showing they have been there over 20 years. How do you even accomplish that? Free breakfast and dinner with good name-brand food, and even free alcoholic drinks during the social hour. Great bartender. Comfy beds. Very nice experience, definitely will return.
