This place is super dope and the pricing was super low for what we got. The room we got was HUGE. The valet parking was a plus and EVERYONE there was helpful and friendly. I definitely will be back when I'm in Austin again.

Nice hotel but was noisy overnight on the weekend (midnight-4am) and when I had to get up early for work on the Sunday morning there were people still partying in the hallway. Clean and well kept rooms. Great restaurant and bar in the lobby.

Hotel was good. But you have to purchase your own breakfast. It's very pricey for a breakfast buffet. Not worth $17!

It was a pleasure staying here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. My room was clean and comfortable. The workout room is fine for a hotel of its size. Be sure to try the restaurant! I had a beautiful turkey club with the best onion rings of my life. If you like them, be sure to order them.

We had a great stay at this location! The staff was very attentive and welcoming! Although it is one of the older locations, it is just as pretty! The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located 15 to 20 from just about everything!

Clean place, lobby looks very nice, great conference center, carpet in the hallways look old though, rooms are clean and neat, service at bar is good, desk help was so so when I asked for Gatorade said there wasn't any, another manager had to approach me later to tell me how to get Gatorade from the kitchen, valet didn't tell me where regular parking when I first arrived so I got lost looking for parking lot, I gave up and just used valet. Second day I did ask valet to pick up a prescription from drug store and he did. Gave a big tip cause I couldn't drive myself.

Don't do it!!!!!!! The water it taste like mud or clay, the front desk at 4 am tried to charge me 3$ for a bottle of water when I told them I couldn't not drink the water coming out of the sink because it tasted so bad and was warm coming out of the faucet(only the cold was turned on). Even though she had a whole bunch of small waters right behind her they give out with their little brown bags they hand out. I will not be staying here anymore and will be asking my company to use a different hotel with better customer service

James greeted me at the front desk at my arrival and ensures my stay started off the right way. Jason also made it an enjoyable experience by having a great and fun attitude! My room was comfortable and newly renovated. I was in town for work and this hotel made being away from home a little easier!!

Be careful when entering the address in your GPS for this location. You might end up in south Austin. I've been to this facility many times for conferences. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The space is great and like all conference settings, the temperature of the rooms is either too cold or too hot. But that's the case with a lot conference rooms. I look forward to visiting this facility again for the next event.

This hotel was great and so beautiful. It has a wonderful Court yard and pool area. The room was a nice size and very clean. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and the employees were all friendly and kind to us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Acceptable. Lampshades on bed wall were dusty. Reading light burned out. No mini fridge (not a deal breaker, but just assumed it would be there). Grounds were great. Building is neat. Breakfast was good. No parking, plan to pay them for valet or their parking garage.

Overall the look of the hotel is elegant, it's an attractive environment to host events in and as an attendee I enjoyed my time there. We were at the hotel for a convention and I enjoyed the *space* but management made me feel unwelcomed at times, particularly if an event ran late. We had to shut down in a hurry because a dinner was booked a few hours after the convention, and I think I lost some materials in the confusion. In yesterday's interaction the front desk attendee want interested in helping me with the lost and found, until I suggested that two months ago was still within their 90 day policy. So, pretty facility but I wouldn't recommend the staff.

We were transferred here from the Courtyard. This was fine. Not really my style or what I wanted. The woman who checked us in was painfully soft spoken for such a noisy crowded big hotel. The room was ok. Hotel beds are always so uncomfortable now days. I would describe the mattress as feeling old. I'm not sure if was just a bottom line mattress or legit old. The view was nice and it was spacious.

I really do love Hilton hotel but this experience was different. My reservations was made almost 2 months ago for a double handicapped room. Arrived on Friday checked in approximately 330pm. Was not informed the room was not available. Arrived in my room, it was a king bed. Went back to desk to informed the clerk of this her 1st response was they were all gone. I spoke with her about how long ago the reservations had been made. She suddenly found another room gave us an upgrade. We arrived in the room set the air conditioner at 67degree. By 1000pm the room was still hot and sticky. Miserable to sleep. Called the front desk at 6am. She said someone would be by 730am after we left. We returned to the room at 2pm the room felt like a furnace. Called the front desk again. Finally by 330pm, 24 hours after checking in we had air conditioner.
