We had to travel to the Superior CO area for a family funeral. This hotel was recommended by a friend. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, professional and helpful staff. Our non-smoking room was clean and had every amenity we expected. The breakfast was complete, offering not only carbs but good protein as well. Complimentary coffee was available all day and in the afternoon, fresh cookies were offered as well. Because our train was departing much later than check out time, they stored our luggage for us. The Hampton is close to stores and restaurants as well as main thoroughfares for travel. We just loved the Hampton Inn in Louisville, CO and would highly recommend it.

This was a great Hotel. I ended up staying for 4 nights while visiting. I did not have room service come in every day which was my choice but my only issue was that my key needed replaced multiple times due to it not working.

Nice hotel with a good location off the Boulder turnpike (36). Rooms were just a little outdated, as the television didn't have HD channels for some of the sports events I was hoping to watch (TV seemed a bit dated). Comfortable stay otherwise.

I do not recommend this hotel. I stayed there Nov. 22-24 and Dec. 01-03 2017, and planned to stay regularly as I am moving to the area and my daughter lives nearby in Superior. On December 15 at 11:45 p.m. I made a reservation there for the next night. When I woke up a few hours later in the morning I was very sick (I am 62 years old and not in the best health), and could not drive the 120 miles to get there, so cancelled the reservation. I was told I was going to be billed for the room that I could not cancel it, and was charged $112.00 for a room I never stayed in. I have called to speak with the hotel manager Andrew, repeatedly and he is never in. I've left several messages for him to return my calls, and have even had Hilton Honors supervisors call and leave him a message to call me and he has never returned my calls. Obviously he does not value my business.
I am a good Hilton Honors member for years and have tried to give this hotel my repeated business, but for Christmas I stayed 4 nights at the Courtyard Marriott next door, and was treated with the respect I deserve. I just saw my checking account statement for December, and the $112.00 charge has not been refunded, so I am very, very unhappy.
I just got off the phone again with a supervisor at Hilton Honors who has called the hotel and left another message for Andrew to call me; I am not holding my breath.
Not only has this hotel lost my business, but HILTON has also lost my business due to this issue.
This is not to mention a couple weeks earlier they had a tray of PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES out for all to eat, that were not marked "contains peanuts", and I am deathly allergic as are many other people. When I asked the desk clerk what kind of cookies they were and she said peanut butter, I simply suggested they put a sign on them to warn people, as children especially with peanut allergies can die if they consume them. Her response was "you can smell the peanuts" and therefore didn't need a sign. Unbelievable.
She did subsequently put a sign up, but the people working there are rude and obviously do not care if they have my business or not.

    Staff was super nice!
    And the cookies were hot.

They have a water and coffee/tea station. Which you really need to take advantage of so you don’t get altitude sickness.

The pool was alittle heavy on chlorine which you can smell in the lobby.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

I stayed here for a couple days and have zero complaints. The room was clean and quiet and the location is within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants.

The room was clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Only issue, which we didn't notice until we were in bed, the pillows were actually quite horrible. This one issue likely would have been resolveable had we asked.

Staff is nice and helpful however, had some bugs in our room and told the front desk. Said they would make it right. No rooms to put us in so we had to stay in our room where we found the bugs. No discount on room so had to paid full price. Had I got a discount for my stay I would have given five stars.

I am a fan of the Hampton Inn chain. The Louisville hotel is a block from I 36. It sits in a wooded area with extensive free parking. The rooms are always clean and never problems with the staff. Be prepared to wait in case there are guests in front of you while sign in because there is only one person at the front desk. It is not cheap, 100 and up due to being 7 minutes from Boulder. I recommend asking for a room not facing the highway which can be noisy at night. I was woken up by motorcycles going at very high speeds. The hotel has a covered pool and exercise machines.

Good hotel with helpful staff. Really liked it being so close to a highway and a collection of food shops in the area.

Nice, clean room. Convenient location. Relatively quiet. Indoor pool is small but fun. Nice breakfast options. Free WiFi didn't work. We were staying there to run a race & would have appreciated a late checkout, but were told we could not do a late checkout.

This hotel is located close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The staff has been very helpful and are very nice. I gave our stay three stars because our first room during the day heated up to 79 degrees and the AC units were not functioning yet. We asked to change room because the front desk girl could not tell us why our AC was not working. We switched rooms and again the AC was not functioning but our room was located on the shade side of the building. That evening when we returned to our new room we found that the TV sound was not working. The sound would cut out every few seconds and then come back on. The handle to the bathroom was falling off and needed to be fixed. However the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the hotel is older and shows it's age.

The guy at the front first was great! Even offered us an extra bottle of water when he heard we had been sky diving! Loved that they offered fruit infused water complimentary all day. Great breakfast selection too!
