Disgusting place filed complaint with better business bureau cockroaches fleas lice walked out with a limp from the mattress was down to the wire mismanaged by inbred rude woman who doesn't do her job if you are from the north beware of this chain they don't move into states that enforce health code laws they have a rackett because thanks to the south's negligence of consumers rights this hotel would be shut down in New York or New England its sad that the South dosent care about consumers another thing they do is abuse the local police force by calling them to be security .another thing that wouldn't be tolerated in the north this company abuses people's tax dollar by doing this also this place let's people have pit bulls that are not service dogs

staff is extremely rude. if you have a complaint they kick you out with no refund. high drug use in the open. needles in the parking lot. shootout on the second floor hallway last month. the city is currently taking steps towards siezing the property due to crime and drugs.

Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke. The shower head has no mount to the wall in the shower. The bathroom is incredibly dark so I hope you have your night vision goggles on. There is only 1 washer machine that works. On a positive note, the staff is super friendly and when you bring up a concern, they will acknowledge you.

I can’t say anything nice about this place, drug dealing right in front of the hotel, room smells like urine, hotel employees are very disrespectful and obnoxious. Very unprofessional atmosphere!!!!

This is by far the worst and most dirty place I've ever stayed at wile traveling. The rooms are awful and very outdated the Wi-Fi was a joke the people working hear have no respect for guests. I would most definitely Recommend going to the intown suites in Greensboro just up the road. There was a shooting here and every day I watched people sale drugs in front of the building. Don't wast your money at this dump.

Clean, open space to move around in, nice clean kitchen and floors and carpet. While I stayed there I had no bugs of any kind. Would I come back? Yes I would, and also your surrounded by every food place there is and won't be let down by the service of the staff.

This is a budget weekly rental hotel. I gave it five stars, because for a two star hotel, it's fantastic. I've stayed in some nasty, roachy, long term hotels and this blows them all away. It's clean, the WiFi actually WORKS. The kitchen has a stove, full size fridge, microwave. Ok the elevator smells a little, but srsly, for the price, it's top notch. You aren't going to find a nicer weekly rental in this price range. Wal-Mart is walking distance, like I mean, almost the same parking lot, there's a Starbucks, three grocery stores, three pizza places, all within a few blocks. Definitely recommend this hotel for long term rentals.

I've never stayed in a hotel where I had to scrub EVERY INCH of the room/walls. I'm not sure but I think it was urine all over everything and it smelled very strongly. I stayed in room 333 and went through 2 bottles of bleach to ensure it was clean. All though I couldn't clean the floors. Nats where flying around everywhere. This is more of a hotel for locals then people traveling. The property manager did make me feel a little safer being he walked the halls almost all night. The black lady at the front desk is a JOKE! I don't know how she got the job, she is rude obnoxious and doesn't take her job serious. I would rather sleep in my car then to ever have to stay at this place again for even 1 night. I don't even write reviews but being as how we were treated and the nastiness of this hotel I felt it necessary that people should be warned before spending your money and not being able to get it back

Rooms are spacious enough and they provide a nice size TV. Also can do extended stay, they provide mostly all you need. Not a bad place to stay if you need someone to stay for awhile

It is in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants and fast food the rooms are adequate nothing fancy they were no pots and pans provided to the kitchen at other than that everything seems to be fine would be great if it had a pool

I paid for a room for a week using Orbitz. I arrived to find out that they had no rooms. They had sob stories about no manager present and a no show housekeeper. The person at the desk suggested I come back in 2 hours when the manager would return so I could get a refund. In talking with this person I found out that many rooms had not been cleaned and even if they were, the hotel was still overbooked and they wouldn't have one for me anyways. I was told they never update or turn off their reservations with the internet travel sites so people just keep coming in! We tried calling their sister hotel in Greensboro, but they never answered their phone. The front desk person said they do the same thing there. The name has changed to In-town Suites and I tried to call their customer service, but it's just a voicemail. I went online and got a corporate number but each extension was another voicemail. I called Orbitz and they tried to get somewhere with these folks and ended up putting us up in another hotel and paying the difference. What a poorly run operation. It must be run purposely as a loss for tax purposes by some other corporation. I never saw such uncaring unprofessionalism. Orbitz on the other hand really tried to make it right even though there weren't many other rooms available for them to try to place us.

The Staff were very friendly and courteous. I stayed for almost a month at that place and it was always clean, well lit at night and very safe. The doors lock at night and the Walmart is right next door!😊 Every time you go in and out of it, it disables your hotel room key.😡😡 😆But the staff has no problem replacing them.all around my stay was excellent and hope to come through again soon
