Nice place with nice enough staff. Stayed during a snowstorm with family. Renovations are currently being done, which is right on time because the place needs it. Ended up needing maintenance to fix a leak in the bathroom. Breakfast is complimentary continental style, with pour-it-yourself waffles in 2 flavors; they could stand to upgrade the selections offered (eggs were microwaved, yogurt was just about expired). Otherwise, nice pool and gym, be comfortable beds, accommodating staff, convenient location.

I've stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years. Every time has been a pleasant experience. The staff is amazing. They have free drinks and snacks from 6-7pm. They will come pick you up at the airport. The rooms were clean, up to date, and the beds were comfortable.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels in the Carolinas, but it recently changed management. They used to have a great breakfast and manager's happy hour. Both are gone. Otherwise, it's fine. Just another average Comfort Suites.

This hotel was a great decision! The room had sofa bed and the regular beds and pillows were so comfortable! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast was so good! Those grits were cooked just right! Very tasty!

Stayed for 4 nights to attend a business conference and the place was great! The room is much roomier than other hotels, the breakfast is well maintained so it doesn't look messy or anything, it's good stuff! Rooms are beautiful, and the location is good. Felicia at the front desk greeted us after a ten hour drive and she was lovely, very personable and helpful making sure we knew what time breakfast and the pool were accessible, where our room was etc. She was great! Hope to stay again!

My room was clean and comfortable. The shower, sink and toilet were functioning. Wifi speeds were tolerable. The heat and air conditioning seemed to be working ok.

Comfort Suites is perfect for a nice getaway from home. The suites are for for a King, wonderful beds, amazing water pressure in the showers, excellent Wi-Fi and premium channels. I do recommend.

I asked to have a block of rooms for wedding guests and was told my husband and my room would be comped I was not told that the block would be would disappear if reservations were not made by a certain date, so all wedding guests were separated. The breakfast attendant was very rude and impatient. Without letting my family finish eating breakfast, she approached me and told me I was going to be charged extra because my kids made a mess in the breakfast area. I didn't have a chance to even finish eating. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were rude, but cleaning staff was great! They were very polite. I would not recommend this location for special events. We also saw food that was left out from the night before in a conference room. Dirty.

We always stay at this hotel for trainings for my job. The rooms are very big, beds are comfortable, and they have HBO which was a nice surprise for my last stay. Wine socials in the evenings and tons of choices for breakfast in the mornings. It's very nice for a place provided by work.

Woke up yesterday morning 3/8/17 without power no emergency lights or anything, which means no shower or breakfast. Called the 800 number and all they were interested in was getting me to sign up for a 3 day package. I was trying to get my receipt and that was a joke. Asked for some sort of refund or another night and was told too bad it was out of their control. Will not be staying here or any other of their places again. At the Holiday Inn Express now.
