Very clean room. Breakfast wasn't all that. It was good but not a buffet of sorts. Close to restaurants. Very quiet.

I checked in and the first night I noticed the bed sheets and pillows hadn't been changed! Also, fridge was full of mildew and smelled horrible. There was hair around the sink. I'm a best western diamond elite rewards member and have never experienced this before. It is a reflection on the particular hotel not the chain. There are lots of other hotels in the area so I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I won't stay there again.

Hotel is under renovation. It definitely was not to the quality of a Best Western Plus that I'm familiar with, and I don't think that even once the renovation is complete it will meet those expectations. Our room renovations seemed complete (new flooring, linens, paint, restroom fixtures) but it was tacky and cheap-looking. The flooring is vinyl and whatever cleaner they use on it make it incredibly slippery. Definitely will not be stating again and makes me nervous to stay at any Best Western Plus without researching the location first.

Treated me like my mom does, very welcoming and not over bearing. Felt like the man but at the same time they didn't swarm me all the time. I'll definitely be back when in this area. My room was very maintaned and newly renovated I wish I could stay longer.

The hotel was nice. The staff were polite and the room was great. The only thing is the A/C didn't really get that cold. And We didn't really think there was enough food items for breakfast. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome , Awesome, awesome place to stay! I am always looking for a best western no matter what state I travel to. I head south twice a year to bring my stepdaughter back home and I always love how professional and friendly the staff is, comfy beds and a delightful breakfast each morning! That always comes in handy as I'm often traveling with a family of 6! Great prices also !

Great. Had one minor problem which they addressed as if it were a crisis. They did a great job. The rating of a great hotel is what they do if there is an issue; not that an individual experience happened to be problem-free.

A well run Airport Hotel, great staff, very professional, although remodeling is going on, certainly no noise issues with my visit. Obviously run by a great General Manager and his very professional staff.I will return and stay here even though my business activity is 6 miles away in Greensboro. Conveniently located close to less crowded dining facilities.

This place is great, never had any problems. I stay here at least once a month for 3-10 days. The staff is extremely helpful and the facilities are clean and well kept. Aaron at the front desk continues to go above and beyond.

We had a great stay, the breakfast was super! This is the best breakfast we have ever had a Best Western. Blueberry with flax and omega-3 waffles, and my 7 year old ate them!! She even liked them more than the teddy bear waffles that we had in Gatlinburg, TN. Wow! So many healthy options and we all found something special.
The room was very clean and comfortable, the sleeper sofa was not great. Needs a new mattress the springs were visible. But other than that it was great.
The glass elevator made my kids super happy, what a nice touch.
The gentleman that checked us in was so friendly. He asked every time he saw us if we were happy with our stay or needed anything. When we asked for sheets and extra bedding for the sleeper sofa he helped us out immediately. I did not receive an upgrade on this stay as we typically do as diamond select rewards member, however we were given something that no other best western has offered to us. We received welcome bags with drinks and snacks that made for a fun night for my girls.
This Best Western is a great, safe place to stay. We will be returning!response / report this review
