The hotel is well furnished and clean. The building is situated among other hotels and is within a short ride to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine and included all the basic amenities.

Nice rooms but if you’re preparing to party for the Mcculough Castle stay elsewhere. They don’t allow any kind of pre partying or noise making people what so ever. If u and your friends are looking to live it up prior to partying at the castle stay elsewhere. Hope y’all have fun

Room was nice enough. Air conditioner made an awful racket, but was fixed in the morning. Breakfast was yummy.everyone was really friendly.

Room was generally clean, but not seemed a little bit dingy. Walls are fairly thin and could often hear water from other rooms and people talking in the hallway. There was a large group of children who were seemingly unsupervised and made the stay a rather loud one.

We just stayed overnight after attending a wedding. They let us check in early before the wedding events and the room was clean and tidy. There were no noise issues, despite being surrounded by other guests from the wedding who were staying up to party. The only complaint we have is that all wedding guests in the block were supposed to have a thank-you bag delivered to each room and the hotel neglected to deliver one to our room.

Place went downhill -fast. Stayed here last year. Very nice stay. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. This time- gross room. Musty smell and terrible breakfast. Torn carpet. Peeling wallpaper. (obvious leak) dark room.

So farthe promised airport shuttle was not available. Hotel provided airport taxi we had to wait almost an hour for and then the driver was impaireddrunk? Room is nice but no fridge or microwave.

Everything about the facility was excellent. The room, however, was the worst part. It had an odd odor and the restroom was not clean. It had mold in the shower and tub. The room could definitely use a renovation. The lobby and breakfast area was well kept and the complimentary breakfast was good but not anything special.

Great central location to the High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem area. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. Stayed here 5 problem free days.

The hotel was in a safe location, had a well lit parking area, and was close to many desirable places in Greensboro. Our room was clean and well appointed and the wonderful staff were very helpful and courteous.

Exceeded expectations. Comfortable and very clean. Staff delivered a mini refrigerator for my baby's milk within three minutes. And no kidding, breakfast was actually satisfying. No airplane noise.
