Not great. Very dated. Room with pool view were damp and smelled musty. Killed what I believe was a roach in the poolside room. Was moved to a suite away from the pool and it was a little better. Beds were relatively comfortable. Breakfast area is way too small. Annoyingly small! I don't need to compete for a waffle in the morning. Staff were great to the extent that they could be accomodating. Choice Hotels, however, was NOT at all helpful. So convenient (though not nice) location, decent bed and nice staff.

Had informed staff beforehand we would be checking in late, anywhere from 1am to 4am. We arrived at 3:40am to be told by the front desk staff that our reservation had been cancelled because we showed up so late. I told her I informed them we'd be checking in late and was told it was noted but she told me that was not present. We then stood there for 25 to 30 minutes at 4am until she finally gave us a new reservation and our room keys so we could sleep. The only other huge flaw was how annoyingly loud it was due to the highway and how the blinds are made so you can't close them to block out light from the window. I will never stay here again.

This wasn't a good stay. We ended up changing rooms three times. The first room the toilet wouldn't stop running and the linen was dirty. We moved to the next room. Both locks on the door were broken. The linens were dirty. We did not have refrigerator and my mother needed to store her insulin. We moved a third time before we were able to get a somewhat decent room. There should be a great deal of upgrades to this location. There was a young college student that worked the desk at night that was extremely helpful and tried to make our stay pleasant.

Odor, ants (!), everything is old and you feel it every moment. Breakfast wasn't the best one too. There are a lot oh hotels and motels around. You'd better choose another place to stay.

I recently attended a function at this location. Every one of the staff I encountered had a smile and more than adequate skills to help me navigate my experience here. The cleanliness of the facilities was terrific, although it appeared they may be renovating or preparing to do so.

Room on the second floor. As we went out for lunch our room was cleaned and the supply was replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful everything was done with a smile. Can't beat it for the price. Had a very nice continental breakfast .

Older hotel but very well maintained rooms. Only maintenance issues are with some little-used areas of the atrium. Clean, newly renovated, excellent service and reasonable rates. Breakfast could benefit from some meat offerings like many other Quality Inns have. Enjoyable stay overall and I would definitely stay again on future travel to Greensboro.

Very disappointed. The floors in our room were dirty. The air in the hotel and in our room was heavy with a wet mildew type smell. Not good. I'd never stay here again. Not sure what happened to the Comfort Inn family of hotels. They used to be Very nice. Now, they look outdated and over priced for what they offer.

The majority of the visit went well. Things appeared clean and comfortable. I will however not stay there again. As we were leaving , a roach was crawling on our bed! This was really disturbing. We told the desk clerk and she apologized. The manager was not in but the desk clerk said she would pass the message on to call me. I didn't receive a call which is disappointing that not enough concern was given to customer satisfaction.

I like the staff and the clean room. Allows pets, decent breakfast with eggs and waffles and Typical hotel foods like cereal and bagels and juice. Breakfast area has a lot of tables but is usually packed. Has a indoor pool. Showers are hot. Only double beds wish they were queen. Beds and pillows soft. Outside is clean, halls are clean but do smell of something I think visitors weed. Has a lot of kid team and youth church team bus visitors. Other families come with lots of kids. Halls are loud because guests do not keep quiet. Typically if you close your room door though you find peace. Most of my issues isn't with the hotel but the guest who come there.

The staff at the front is wonderful. The pool is unique, and feels open. The airport proximity wasn't an issue. You can hear planes coming in but not enough to keep you from sleeping. The location is wonderful. Right off of i40, and close to several eateries. The issues that we encountered were those related to maintenance. Carpet coming up, some soda or something on our wall, ripped curtains, etc. The hall carpets were in serious need of vacuuming, the same food & trash laid there for days. Oh, the beds in the double rooms were full size, I thought they would be queens. And they are really high up. If you have small children definitely be careful they don't roll off! Aside from the little things, the hotel is good for the price.
