I called to get my Toyota fixed for a recall (airbag) lady said she would call me back with set up time and more informationstill waiting after 1 week
called Toyota number on recall paperwork sent to me ,They called said she talked to Madison Toyota and they would get back to me before end of working dayStill waiting, Guess they don,t care about the safety of whom ever my passanger is. Been 2 weeks now

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Craig Toyota. The salesman gave me a wonderful deal, waited for me to come pickup my car. Had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I came with my family to pick it up (even put a full tank of gas in it for us), and on top of it all brought a little stuffed carfax fox for our toddler before we left. I wish all dealerships had this kind of customer service where they go above and beyond expectations to make sure the customer has a pleasant experience doing business with them.
