  Not very happy with the installation thus far. I needed my stairs and two rooms done so far I have one room almost done - the closet was not done, which should have been done. I also am unable to access the stairs, carpet strips are down with no carpet. I will update after I hear back about my complaints.

  Went in prepared to spend roughly $4500-$6500 on flooring based off measurements in our house. Gentleman sat behind the counter on the computer, saw us come in and didn't even acknowledge us once. We walked around for 5 minutes and went elsewhere. We were the only ones in the store. Will never be back.

  I have always had great experiences at Big Bob's in Latonia. I have hardwood floors throughout my home but I love area rugs and Big Bob's has always had a nice selection, prices cannot be beaten, and the sales reps have always been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I'm getting ready to purchase a couple more rugs and you can bet this is where I will get them!!!! Terry H.

  Would have gave a 0 star but had to do something. So I could do a review. Customer service is awful. I was told 4 days to do my floor. It took 8 the guy only work 4 hours a day was late every day. Than said I will be here Sat . No call no show. When the guy came the first day he said all I can get this done in 2 days. Yeah right I called to complain and only getting a small credit for the inconvenient. DO NOT HAVE THIS PLACE DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.

  I would of given a 0 star but wouldn't let me post unless I gave it at least a 1 star. I scheduled a measurement appointment and NO CALL, NO SHOW. I called to see what happened, scheduled another appointment on a Saturday, and guess what NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN! So disappointed and upset ! Don't wast your time!

  Installed 1,032 square feet of really nice carpet and carpet padding ($4000), 252 square feet of Oak Hardwood ($2000), and 117 square feet of Konecto Prestige Vinyl flooring ($900). I feel like it was a great value. Awesome that we were able to get all of our flooring needs in one place. Jason was really responsive and patient with me - I called him a dozen times or so during the entire process it seems. Midway through the install of the vinyl flooring, I realized they were installing the wrong color that was on the order - Jason quickly resolved the issue and the right color was installed the very next day and finished.

  Great carpet store in Convington, and I'm very happy to have used their installation service. It's very affordable, and so are their products!
