Just bought a GMC Terrain and the experience from buying at Champion Chevrolet was Amazing! No stress and Todd Waits makes you feel just like family! These people also don't try to screw you over for a sale, they want buyers like me to keep coming back! I have bought several vehicals before and this dealership is by far the greatest experience I've ever had! So don't hesitate, go in there and get what best fits you!

I do not purchase Chevrolets, but if you do that, I would suggest this store.
The people here are legitimately nice. Let me explain.
I am a car transporter. They are not making a single penny from me. If I am shipping a car from their store, that means that they have already been paid for the vehicle. For that reason, most dealerships do not care what happens from there, because, well they have already have the money.
They stayed 10 minutes late after close so that I could pick up a car from them that was shipping to another dealership, not even one of their retail customers. They could have, as most do and have done in the past, said, "Too late, come back tomorrow." This means I have to either A) stay over night and lose time on the road or B) cancel the job and lose the money.
People legitimately being nice for no reason or personal gain. Sad that it seems so unusualresponse / report this review -

Fred was able to find the Yukon XL we were looking for. Their no-haggle pricing was great, we even got a good deal on our trade-in. All employees were very nice and professional. We will be back for our next vehicle and highly recommend Champion GMC.

Incredibly professional staff that is very in tune with the customer experience. Everything was very easy and ended on the same terms we discussed throughout the process. Bill and Fred went out of their way to answer my questions and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery of the vehicle was great, as they walked me through the technology setup and use of the various features of our truck. Would strongly recommend!

AMAZING experience buying our car there. We had a not so great experience at a different dealer. No stress atmosphere and great people! Vicki Ireland was so amazing! The finance lady was great also (I cant remember her name~I am sorry!) either way THANK YOU for the DUCK, my son still has not let it go!. Again, Great team and wonderful experience.! Thank you!!!!!!!

I just bought my fifth vehicle from Champion Chevrolet, a 2017 Impala. I enjoy the fact that Fred and his team allow me the flexibility to shop in the way that I am most comfortable. There is no pressure to make a decision, and the process is streamlined in a way where I was able to communicate the criteria that I was looking for in a vehicle via email. Upon acquisition of the vehicle I was seeking, I received an email notification and we set up a time for me to come in to pick up the keys.

I recently bought a 2014 Ram 1500 from Bill Morrison at Champion after talking to him while my wife's car was being serviced. Bill worked very well and made the process very smooth. Most of the work was done over the phone and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership waiting around. My wife and I will be repeat customers.

Bought used suv i liked. Car needed several repairs and dealership made all repairs immediately. I was not charged a penny for the repairs.No charge for repairs impressed me very much. I will go back again and recommend dealership to friends and family.

Just purchased a 2015 Equinox from Bill Morrison at Champion and could not be happier! At 23, and this being my first big purchase, we started at Champion and decided to check out a few other local dealerships to see what was out there. We ended up back at Champion when we realized none of the other dealerships could compete. Bill worked with me in order to get the best vehicle for my budget, and never pressured me into something I couldn't afford or didn't want. In the off chance Bill was unavailable the rest of the staff at Champion was available and happy to help, and answer any questions I had ( and trust me I had A LOT of questions!) Vickie Sat with me for at least 45 minutes in order to set up On Star, and to show me how to use all of the new extras. I definitely recommend Champion, and will be back in a few years for another purchase!
