Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the check in and out process with the app makes it very easy. I also liked that they used key cards that you just have to tap on the door to unlock instead of the old type that you have to swipe. The elevator also required a tap of the room key to work so you get that added layer of security and peace of mind.
Very friendly service with the usual Courtyard amenities. Arrived extremely early for check in because I was on an red-eye flight and to my surprise they had a room ready. This was amazing of them and I really appreciated the above and beyond service. Room was small but that's normal for NY. Windows on both sides with a nice city view. All in all a great experience.
This is a great value in a city of pricey accommodations. The place is spotless, the rooms are smallish but not tiny as many are. Not quite mid town, but many conveniences and excellent bagels near by. And the elevators! Three of them, efficient and FAST to serve the 25 floors. Four nights here and zero complaints from these Marriott gold members. A great stay in the big Apple.
If you are wondering if this is the right hotel for you, it is!!!! Stayed on the 25th floor and the view was not bad. Such a quiet hotel and it was not noisy staying near times square. Such a short walk to Penn Station and Times Square. Hotel staff was exceptional with being very helpful for anything. Allowed me to check in early, helped with directions and advice for getting around town, quickly resolved any concerns. Loved my stay!
Service was great! We arrived at 11 and they let us check-in early as they had a room available and then they showed us to the elevator. Location is close to the port authority bus terminal and local transit options and near many of the popular attractions. Many good quick food options nearby and a 7-11 convenience store around the corner. Room was clean.
The rooms wasn't too big but cozy and comfortable. Although the staff forgot to put toiletries in. The bed was really comfortable. So comfortable in fact that I sleep through 4 alarms and missed my train. Overall solid experience
I stayed in NYC for 4 days & 3 nights. I was struggling to find a place to stay. I called the Courtyard ready to just spend so much money on a hotel room when the guy found me a really good deal. They staff was very helpful answered any questions i had with a smile on their face.Time square is just a few blocks away everything was walking distance. I felt very safe and not for a second did i question my safety or my belongings. The room was clean, no problem with bugs at all. I would definitely recommend !
Very elegant, luxurious another beautiful crafted hotel but again these are the fore corners of the world so the prices can be a little steep.again the view is incredible, but as a viewer it's too soon to rate.
Room is neat, with amazing shower. NYC has smaller rooms than other locations but it's quite comfortable. Personnel have been very courteous and helpful. Nice walk to Juniors for cheesecake
Been there 3 days for business, booked at a very reasonable price through my travel agency. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Room a bit tiny, with very good condition and very well clean. Got high floor room and very peaceful during the night.
We're currently staying here through Jan 2nd for New Years Eve. Great location close to the subways, time square, and Broadway. The staff was very courteous and was able to accommodate our request of a room with a view of the Empire state building last minute. The rooms are on the compact side, but what can you expect in a place like NYC where space is limited. For the price and location, it's worth it. Best birthday experience ever!
Good location, friendly staff. Had to call twice for extra blankets. There were no extra pillows or pack and play in our room as requested. Small rooms, but that's to be expected in NYC. Funky smell in hallways but not in room. Really clean and updated bathroom, which I highly appreciated. I'd stay here again.
