Decent hotel in a good location. Inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area and that saved money was used in spending time outside of the hotel seeing the city.

Very close to everything you're looking for in lower Manhattan. Rooms are tiny, but clean. Great showers. Great for a night or two stay on a budget.

Clean rooms + great staff + amazing rates = Manhattan Broadway Hotel

This place saved my butt. When my Airbnb host cancelled last minute I was stuck by myself wondering around midtown at 11 at night. I was able to book a room last minute and at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are small and old, but they are clean. It's a budget hotel so don't expect anything too fancy. But if money is tight and you're in need of a place to stay, this place is a great find. I would definitely stay here again.

Advertising a renovated room, but certainly did not get that. Bathroom was a disgrace. Hotel staff was nice and helpful but that only goes so far to make it a nice experience. The elevator smelled awful.

Me and my friend has a great experience at the hotel. The check in was quick and easy. When I originally booked the room it said 2 twin beds, but when we came in the room ended up having 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds! The room was veryyyy spacious. It was the biggest room I've ever booked in NYC. Not sure if all the rooms are like that or if we just got lucky. The hotel its self wasn't very nice but if you're just looking to pay a reasonable price for a place to sleep, then this is the hotel for you. I would return!

Well if travelers bring in these roaches / bedbugs/ and god only knows what else,, shouldn't you at least check and clean thoroughly each room when you turn around allow another guest in??
You don't ! Because you turn over as quick as possible to make $$, so logistically there isn't enough time to do the cleaning that is necessary in order to make that cold hard CASH!!
Place isn't even fit for the homeless

BED BUGS, ROACHES, .. Trust me, it's repulsive. Worst hotel / motel whatever !! The worst you can imagine. If you want to wake up with tiny red bed bug bites ALLL OVER, and I mean ALL OVER your body and then have to go to your doctor for antibiotics and a powerful pesticide cream that can almost kill you , then yes , by all means STAY THERE. If you want to stay healthy , spend a little more and get a decent room elsewhere !!!
Negative 0 stars if I could. This place should burn to the ground !!!

    YUCK!

you get what you paid for it, its cheap and comfortable, just for sleeping, it should improve the heating, and the elevator, wifi free please, its near to port authority bus station.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are tiny, but you get your own bathroom. Wall units for AC, so the room temperature wasn't great. I didn't hear any street noise which was nice. Quite pricey all things considered.

Location was great. Room had enough room for 5 people. Restroom could use a little TLC.

Price is Right, BUT You Get What You Pay For. Location is perfect for Garment District shopping. Close to Times Square, Penn Station, etc. Tiny, old, sad rooms. Staff us very friendly and helpful. Like a youth hostel or old dorm room. Water is hot, towels and bed are clean and comfortable. Book through them to get free WiFi. I was here for one night passing through New York, and it was just fine.

Very basic, I mean super basic, but clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. And the location is fantastic. If you are the type that just uses a hotel as a place to sleep and store you bags then this is a definite recommend!

The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Not the best accommodations in the city, but the rooms are fine for sleeping. The only issue that you might have is if you are a light sleeper as noise travels easily from the hallway. But if you just need a place to rest your head and mostly want a clean room with a convenient location, you won't go wrong.
