Its comfort, well designed, the food and coffee is good. The server was very attentive. I'd recommend trying this restaurant for breakfast

Nice little boutique hotel with compact but comfortable rooms. The bathroom is very small, and have no counter space to put anything. They also do not supply you with plastic laundry bags so remember to bring your own for your dirty clothes. Breakfast here is not bad, the coffee was good. The location is very nice since it's right on the Highline. Easily access subways and within walking distance to many restaurants. I would stay here again if the room rate was under $250.

Great boutique hotel in New York. I love all of the Habita Group hotels and this one is no exception. They always make me feel like a valued guest and the rooms/common areas are very stylish. Great rooftop bar as well.

I've been to their bar and restaurant multiple times, and had an one night stay there. It's last minute booking, but the price is more than reasonable. So far so good.

The bartenders at hotel lobby are absolutely amazing, friendly and professional. I'd say they have a good drink menu. The rooftop bar though, is kind of slow. It has a good view up there.

the restaurant staff are nice too, the food per se isnot bad, considering the price, and it's kind of slow even at its not-so-busy hour.

the room is impeccable, in its own way: it's small, but looks bigger due to the minimalist, zen-like design. I only stayed one night, so I got everything I need so far.

Mind you, it's a small hotel, so they don't have much facilities, like a gym or spa.

I've been to their rooftop a few times in different seasons, and paradoxically I recommend avoiding summer. During the hot season, the drinks are poorly prepared by rushed and messy bartenders, the tiny pool is packed with loud crowd, music is disappointing. Go there off season, it's much better! Restaurant downstairs is decent, a bit too brunchy for me but they play cool live music sometimes.

Very classy looking hotel. Our group went up to the rooftop bar for drinks. It was a Wednesday night so it wasn't crowded. Nice views, they also have a pool if you want to get your feet wet. Drinks were on the strong side.

Very nice hotel near Chelsea garden. Lovely roof, food, restaurant and bar! Rooms are comfortable and quiet which is not a given in Manhattan! Recommended.

The rooms are different from a lot of other hotels. The bed is on "the floor" and you can see out of the shower but cannot see in. Pretty cool. The rooftop bar is amazing! It is slightly on the pricey side for this area and the pool is only open until 6pm.

Coworker stayed overnight. Had a nice stay. Small, boutique rooms, but pleasant stay. A group of us dined at the restaurant. All delicious dishes. Butternut squash soup was fantastic

We hosted a company event on the roof and it was great. The staff was friendly and quick. The food was good and the drinks were decent. The view of midtown was pretty incredible as well.

Rooms are interesting The mattress lays on a raised wooden platform so it feels like you're sleeping on the ground. There isn't a lot of desk space so I had to leave the hotel to get any work done. My sink was tiny and could not drain water fast enough, so I was constantly having to turn the faucet on and off. Temperature control seemed to only have two settings: really hot or off. It's too bad since I really wanted to like the hotel and the front desk service was great.

I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Nice location near the river and meatpacking district. Hotel was modern and sleek. Rooms are pretty small and not conducive to entertaining (floor height bed and one bean bag chair), but otherwise nice.
