The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had a nice, clean & comfortable room. The bed & pillows were amazing!! Hotel staff was friendly & super helpful. They give you a fun little snack bag and WARM cookies. It doesn't get much better than that! ☺

Quiet and quaint. The DoubleTree was very accommodating to my church group as we moved equipment in and out. Nothing terribly extraordinary, but also nothing terrible either. A great value.

The rooms are a little dated. The carpet is unappealing and the shower tiles clash with the bathroom wall tiles. That was the worst thing and it wasn't that bad, so I consider this a great place to stay. The rooms have a mini fridge, are spacious and clean, and the hotel is pet-friendly. First floor rooms have sliding doors and patios that go out in the courtyard. The pool area is large with plenty of space for loungers and there's a hot tub. I would've loved to have stayed longer.

Arrived late in the evening and got really bad directions to my room that was all the way on the far end of the property. With a very poorly lit property I walked around for 20 minutes unable to find my room. Security was ultimately dispatched to assist me which might have been best to have offered up front. My suite in the Casitas while it was large and spacious, was in desperate need of renovations and I was surprised to find that there was nothing in the kitchen, but a coffee maker. No cutlery, plates, napkins, glasses, NOTHING but a coffee machine and supplies. I ordered some food for delivery and had to walk clear across the entire property to get something to eat it with. One nice thing I will say about the property was that it was very clean and the grounds are well kept. Not sure I will be staying here again.

My family stayed here a few months ago and it is a very friendly and upscale hotel. First Royce at the front desk was a very nice young man who greeted my family with a smile and gave both my kids free cookies! Our room was very clean and modern. Parking and access to the hotel was easy. We did eat breakfast with vouchers we had and the food was good and there was a wide selection. Overall a great hotel and nice stay.

Attended an event in the ballroom. I believe it was set up in suites A-D. The staff was helpful in finding where the event was being held. The room was nice and clean and good for the venue.

Check in went smooth, the employee gave me a warm fresh cookie that was delicious! Friendly staff, very detailed in how to get to my room. My room was nice and clean, large Cal King bed was very comfortable. Needed to get some shopping done and it is conviently located by many stores a little ways up the road. Highly recommended, I am looking forward to coming back.

I was here for my Grandpa's Celebration of life and the rooms were set up wonderfully. The food and service was fantastic. The staff was appropriately behaved and extremely caring and helpful. Clean and we'll decorated. Would definitely recommend this establishment for a special occasion.

I stayed back in Febuary for the Gem and Jam festival that was about 15 minutes away! I liked the location. The hotel was always having a Gem Festival while I was staying. So I was able to check that out too! Which was SO NEAT' The hotel service was great. I paid $20 extra for 2 to have breakfast and was not disappointed at all! Wasn't phony meats and gravy, tasted YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! Will stay again if in the area :)

Just been in their main ballroom and some of their smaller conference room quite frequently. On hot days the a/c isn't always cold enough and same for cold days. The rooms are too hot. The staff is always friendly.

Lovely decor. Attended for Mother's Day brunch. Not as extensive a selection as in previous years but the food that they did provide was delicious. Great service at the omelet bar! Wait staff is very friendly and attentive.

Lovely gardens surrounding the pool. It was great to be able to use the lawns just outside our rooms. Was also pleases with the house services. Towels were quickly addressed by the pool when customers said something to the front desk.

Went for a work event. The food served wasn't any better than buying it from the store. The lunch was what they served in school sack lunches. They added pesto. Not everybody likes pesto. But it was soaked in the bread. Nice and quiet though. The atmosphere was incredibly calm. Felt like you could just sit and relax there.
