Not easy to get to but really nice facility and the nicest staff ever! We were even able to bring our pooch and he was very popular with everyone. Looking forward to a future staycation.

Want your girl to be treated like a princess, this is the place. They didn't nice and dime every little thing and the set up in the room was perfect. I had a great night with drinks, walking the grounds and alone time together on the 4 the floor in our room. Room service in the middle of the night as well as breakfast served with all the little things that make it so special. We spent the night not worrying about the bill and was dreading the amount in the morning. I was so surprised when the bill came. We didn't even go over our budget. Will be back for date nights again. She will love all the attention you get from the staff here. Perfect night out!

FANTASTIC resort!! Everything is well-thought out, planned, and executed for conferences. The music played in the resort is amazing, I had to buy their CDand it is very appropriate to the decor. The pools are great for the kids, the casinos for the adults. Try the boat ride at night--you won't regret it!! The beds and pillows in the well-apportioned rooms are also amazing; I wanted to keep the pillows, haha! Make sure to walk the patios and paths at night when they are lit up; we had many photo ops. We will surely return soon!

This is truly a special place, and has quickly become my special place. Every member of the staff understand the importance of great customer service and the importance of having a space for quiet reflection and relaxation. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel smells amazing. I wish I could bottle up that fragrance that they waft through the halls. The ambiance is just what I need when I come for my mental health, renewal staycations.

Had an amazing stay, exceptional service. The hotel is amazing with amazing views. The hotel has a beautiful pool with pool side service. Its great for meetings and conferences. The environment is soothing and relaxing.

The ambiance was very relaxing with gentle flute music playing in the hallways. The AV equipment was very well done and there weren't any mics interfering with other mics as I have seen at similar events at other locations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they ran like a well oiled machine. The food was well done, salmon perfectly cooked, chicken was a touch dry. I do wish the portions had been larger however I think that was dictated by the people putting on the event rather than the hotel. All in all a wonderful experience and I hope to attend more events at this location.

Turns out the restaurant is closed to me but not a couple that came as I hurried off-site to find an open dinner spot. I guess they did not agree with hotel registration on what time they were open either. Found out that the receptionist directed me to a far away dirt lot instead of where they say others park. Nice rooms, not as nice of a view as advertised (and that I paid extra for). Valet was nice, registration was professional. The other challenges will prevent a repeat stay for me though.

Should have been great - Not even close. Everything was hit or miss! Would not return to this hotel. Honestly, it still grinds my gears when I think about how messed up our experience was at this hotel. They could not even get their shuttle right! Depending on who answered the call, you could get, no, we don't go there or yes sir, we're on our way. Same with almost everything. It was CRAZY!

I will never come here again. Booked a king room, paid nonrefundable fee for king room, traveled all the way across the Country, check in and find 2 double beds. "Manager" says "Didnt you read the fine print? Room types are not guaranteed. We were sold out of king rooms." So, I asked why the website misrepresented a king room as an option." Manager tried to pass the buck to the booking site. Complete BS. Take your hard earned money somewhere where they won't bait and switch you. Borderline fraud.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand to support and attend a work conference. The room I was in was very spacious and bathroom was updated with a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Since the hotel is some distance from pretty much anything the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the casino or outlet stores nearby. The hotel has a spacious event/convention area and the staff is eager to assist with any special needs. The pool area has a decent water slide and lazy river. I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend when taking some time away in the Phoenix area!

Bathrooms are great size, nice counter space. Mine had a standing shower and tub. Great amenities Pool, bar, coffee bar, restaurants. Close to the river and has nice scenic trail to take a walk. River has various types of boats to rent. Spa, fitness center and golf course nearby.

The Sheraton Grand is just that. The resort is immaculate and there is so much to do. I was only there one evening on business but am considering bringing the family here on a vacation. There are two golf courses, an equestrian center, spa, and a great pool. I greatly recommend.
