  Room is good, staff is good, price is pretty good but paying 4.00 for a cup of coffee when it should be free is completely ridiculous. I stepped off the elevator and smelled weed. I got to my room, the weed smell was coming from the adjoining room. I was going to change rooms but you can pretty much smell it all over the hotel no matter the floor.

  It's lovely here. Rooms are great. The pool was terrific. As well as the hot tub time machine
  The one I relaxed so much in I forgot to worry about my (adult) children back home,lol. It was so much fun. Escape!

  First impressions, it's clean and the rooms were comfortable. Other than that I had a few issues. The service was poor and rate was overpriced. Hotel doesn't serve free breakfast or anything to show appreciation to the guest. For a coke and candy bar they charge $5.00 which is outrageous. All food and drink must be purchased which adds more cost on top of everything else. During Anime convention weekend the shuttle for guests end the trips at 945pm which the con hours go until 11pm and later. Early Friday morning around 830am they had an alarm go off which busted ear drums to wake people up, I really didn't appreciate that. So all in all they need to step up and provide more service, less price inflation and take in consideration that during con weekend is the only time they make any money so improve more for the con guest. If that doesn't change then it'll be their downfall

  Omg The front desk worker Ben is everything. My family and I stayed here this past weekend for my 32 birthday. Ben made sure we didn't have to go to bed. He allowed us to sit in the back breakfast area and listen to music. We had so much fun. The rooms were clean, the view was great, and the price was wonderful. This is my second time at this location. We will be back. Thanks again

  Free parking in garage. No free breakfast. No free coffee outside of the room. Clean. Nice area. Noce staff. I would defiantly stay here again.

  Great hotel. A very busy hotel rooms are very clean and updated. Wifi is not the greatest so if you need to do some work it's going to be tough. Staff very attentive to your needs and friendly. Be careful when they say you are getting two queens as they are barley double beds. Close to much in Atlanta area.

  The conference room was nice. They allowed the presenters to control the room temperature. Big plus!! The front desk was friendly, nothing notable. The bathrooms were very clean. Parking was easy. Big plus!!!! It was a good space to host a conference. I would use it for a meeting space in the future.

  The staff was wonderful and helpful. It was far easier than I expected to get from the hotel to downtown Atlanta and Midtown. My room was clean. Parking was convenient and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

  Clean well mannered staff. While we were staying there some local students had rented a room after prom. Management was quick to have the police escort them from the property when they became a nuisance.

  I have stayed here twice. Each time, receptionists are nice and rooms are always clean. Service at downstairs eatery
