Wow, what a study in “everything that can go wrong will”. Chaos in the lobby. A server who only shows up to take an order. Wrong food, not just once but TWICE. Servers walking in front of the screen constantly. No bill ever dropped off. Had to track down a manager to get a bill. Manager, James, was abrupt and a bit rude. Overall, a huge disappointment. Definitely NOT worth it. Give this place a pass.

I love this place but the beginning sucks the screen is blinkimg. Hurting my eyes even tho its opening credit commercials. These commercials are 30 min. So my eyes have to take this flicker for 30 min. I just want to see justice league bro. Come on

This used to be a good theater until they remodeled. Now they have crammed the seats in. The last row seats have no space to recline. Theater 2 has an aisle only on one side which makes me wonder if it meets fire codes in the event of an emergency. Does not feel safe at all.

Food was amazing. They have great deals for the whole family during the weeknights. Even deals on drinks. A great place to take a load off and see a show!

Terrible experience. We went to see IT and my wife and I could not enjoy the movie because of the servers walking back and forth across the screen. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They need to go to Movie Tavern and learn how to talk quietly during a movie and when to drop off the tickets. They picked the scariest parts of the movie to pick up plates and drop off tickets. How about waiting until the climax has finished in the movie before doing all this!?!? Oh and by the way it is common courtesy for the server to at least come ask if we want a drink or popcorn. People were on their phones and being loud the entire time. We saw several phones flashing during the movie. The seats were uncomfortable and the room was so hot we felt like we were going to pass out. From what we could see of the movie it was great! But don't ever go here to watch a movie.

The coconut shrimp was pretty good. However, they could work on a better dipping sauce. Overall this place was nice though, I like it better than the Duluth location.

Nice theatre, clean and well-maintained. Came here for the dinner theatre experience. Ordered food at the beginning of the movie after call light was ignored. Attendant came after 20 mins and brought a menu and water. Ordered the food. After the movie was over, I brought to the manager's attention that the food never came. The manager gave a VIP pass to make it right on the next visit. Will try the dinner theatre experience one more time here. It's a nice theatre so it's worth conning back to.

Dinner and a movie all on one place! I have been here several times. The food is good and not just finger food either. The atmosphere is relaxed even in the lobby. You come in and can sit down comfortably and maybe have a drink and talk before heading into movie room. The staff are friendly and always looking to help.

This studio movie grill has terrrible service. I purchased and reserved seats for a movie ticket and while I arrived a few minutes late no one would come over to service me. There where plenty of workers around and any number of them could have came to the door to assist me as I called and told them of my tardiness. I feel that this is incredible unprofessional as a worker came near the door then decided to not assist me and turned around

Nice atmosphere. Not a big fan of the seats they have now. I much preferred the older seats that reclined. Food is still good, with large portion sizes. Screen quality is top notch.

I normally love coming here and it's an hour away. The bathroom in the lobby was completely disgusting. There was tampons in one stall no tissue and poop on the seat. Went to the restroom by the movies and there was no toilet paper and it was nasty also..makes me question if the kitchen is just as bad. I will definitely be making a call to the health department!

Ordered popcorn after I ate my meal. NEVER received it. The ladies restroom was disgusting!! Little to no toilet tissue in the stalls and out of 5 stalls, only ONE was able to flush?! Imagine this, after your movie you have to use the restroom, you get in there, and there is a line. THEN TO FIND most of the toilets don't flush and no toilet tissue. Manager was made aware, but it shouldn't have gotten to that point. Definitely was not worth driving all the way from Covington to go to that location.

I've been going to this location for the last 5 years. Atleast 6 times a year. Usually with the family of 3 & sometimes just by myself. We've always had the best experience that you could expect at a movie theater. Food has always been well worth it. The quality of customer service is perfect considering how young the staff is. With that said we've always enjoyed this location and would strongly recommend it to anyone.
