Didn’t need a hotel for the night but specifically booked this hotel in December to surprise my kids and take them swimming in the indoor pool. Called ahead to confirm they had an indoor pool and that it was functioning. Well, they didn’t bother to mention that the indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool and shares the same water. It’s not heated at all and the water was 40 degrees. Not sure the point of an unusable indoor pool with ice water. We swam in the bathtub instead. Most expensive bath I’ve ever taken. Thanks guys.

The hotel was clean, efficiently run with a very friendly staff. I was there for a business training week so did not partake of any Hotel amenities such as the pool or the gym. Breakfast buffet was good.

The rooms are nice. The staff at check in were rude. They added about $300 extra at the time of check in which brought us to over $1000 for a 4 night stay. The staff at check in were condescending and treated us with disdain when we had to go to the bank and rearrange all of our money to be able to pay. They pinged our account so many times before taking the $1000+ that we got a call from the bank suspecting fraud. Our card was cut off because of this as well. This whole experience has created a hassle for us to deal with during our vacation.

The staff is very kind an accommodating. The lobby is beautifully decorated and there's fruit infused water for free. The room is gorgeous as well with plenty of room for comfort. I would definitely recommend a Sheraton suite for an extended stay or a comfortable vacation.

The room I stayed in was awesome. Lots of room and everything I could ask for. The hotel is walking distance from a number of places so it's very convenient. I'd love to stay here again.

We booked and paid for our room on May 10, 2017 and when we arrived on August 26 at 5:45 pm they told us they had sold our room to earlier arrivals. They were sending us to the Wyndham down the road. We had booked a suite and got a room with 2 double beds. Instead. But the real kicker was we were going as a group since our friend was singing the anthem for the Braves and we're not walking distance to the park or with our friends or in a comparable room. Never will stay at any Sheraton again.

I liked the shuttle that was provided, the person driving was a great person to talk to about Atlanta and I hope he enjoys the gum. The hotel's breakfast was okay, but the eggs were a little bit on the watery side. Overall very good service in that department. The sliding doors in our room was very interesting and highly needed for the room. Especially for privacy. I also managed to leave a piece piece of candy for our maid who provided excellent service also. This hotel is a great choice to pick when you visit Atlanta, Georgia.

To begin I normally stay at a red roof or La Quinta on Locust Grove when we head to a braves game. This year I decided to spend a little more and stay closer to the new stadium. Now understand I stay in this type of hotels when I travel with my company so I know what to expect. This time it was need I say not worth the value. First off the neighbors were loud and running up and down the halls late at night. I go to call the front desk and to my surprise the phone doesn't work. It's mid night so I just let it ride. The next thing is in the shower the faucet when pulled would make a high pitch screaming noise. I pulled it over and over but it would only stop for a minute and then start back. Third, when checking in I did not get our breakfast pass and when I asked about it I would questioned as if I was lying. Once I got my 2 passes I asked about the other 2 and was told even though our have 4 in your room with a one night stay you only get 2. So when checking out I returned them and told the lady I was not satisfied. Last but not least and I may be leaving something out, parking. I was not notified that I would have no free parking. With paying 150+ a night I was surprised that I would then have to pay 10 to park one night. I guess when I turned in my breakfast ticket I was expecting some type of discount for all the issues but not a dime was offered. One last thing the shower has other peoples hair in it like it was overlooked and was missing a hanger and my OCD was driving me nuts on that part.

They ruined my daughter’s birthday and that is something I can never get back. You know people work very hard to be able to afford to do small things like that for their children. I was disrespected, treated unfairly, kicked out and never refunded my money. If you think that is bad…listen to the attached audio of me talking to the General Manager of what happened!!! I would never refer anyone here and I am going to make sure that no one will ever come to this hotel.
Please if you want your money’s worth don’t ever come to this hotel! This is what I would call SATAN’S HOUSE. I would never want anyone to experience what I have experienced at this hotel!!!!

Service was fantastic. Brendan, the driver, was OUTSTANDING! He couldn't do enough for us. All the staff were wonderful. Beds comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient location to our show site at the Cobb Galleria across the street

We had a long drive and got to the hotel at 5am. My wife had called around 9pm before arrival to let the hotel know we would be arriving in the morning. When we arrived my wife went to the check-in desk and was promptly and a little rudely told that they had no vacancies. My wife was a little taken aback and then let the attendant know we already had a reservation. There was some tension but things got resolved. The hotel is nice and well maintained on the bright side.

The rooms are great, and the shower had great pressure. The shower had is a little short for me (I'm 6'4"), but it wasn't too bad. The pillows, however, are pretty terrible. That was the only real complaint. I liked everything but the pillows. The staff is wonderful and welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient to a lot of amenities.
