Due to the weather in Georgia on Friday and having to be at a cheer competition on Saturday morning our cheer team decided to book rooms for our girls and their parents. My father was graciously paying for the 3 rooms need for the girls. When calling to make the reservation the lady on the phone stated that using his card would be fine, but a credit card authorization form would need to be completed and faxed to the hotel. All of that was done. We notified parents of the hotel we had selected and 4 more rooms were booked based on us staying at that location. Just prior to our arrival we were told that the card could not be charged due to it not being a corporate card. I asked to speak with the manager who lacked any compassion or willingness to hear out my concerns and complaint. I called the hotel reservations again and the lady I spoke with had never heard that it had to be a corporate card to use the credit card authorization. Nowhere on the authorization form does it state that it needs to be a corporate card.
She offered to call the hotel and see what she could do. She stated that, Phillip, told her that the manager wasn't changing the decision. We drove 11 girls through 3 hours of icy and snow roads, to be told to use another card. If we had the funds readily available my father would not have had to use his card. The customer service supervisor had even attempted to talk with the manager but they would not budge. I ended up having to take the money from my daughters savings account in order to pay for the rooms. If other parents had not already checked in we would have quickly found another hotel, simply due to the poor customer service provided. Then we go further to when I received the bill to find that a $29.18 restaurant charges was added on the 9th to room 224 that I had booked and no one had gotten anything and charged it to the room. I called yesterday and spoke with the Manager, Frank who said he would look into it and call me back in 10 minutes, this was at 12.22pm. I called back at 1:48pm and had to leave him a message. I then received a call from a lady who stated the money was credited back to me, but couldn't explain why I got the charge in the first place. I had her send me to him again and I left another voicemail. As on 11:16am on December 12th, I still have not heard back from him.

Conveniently located Courtyard hotel, near freeway northeast of Atlanta. Clean comfortable rooms, clean comfortably furnished lobby, meeting rooms & common area. Nice outdoor pool & hot tub in center courtyard of hotel. Inside rooms have patios, balconies over looking pool area. On site restaurant, small convenience store, ice and vending machines along room corridors. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Free parking.

I would give zero if I could! I don't usually write reviews, but today I felt it was necessary. First off, our company stayed there for business and it was less than satisfactory. The staff was rude. They lost our teams reservations and didn't have clean rooms ready when they arrived. Complete disaster. Secondly, I called today to get final folios for our teams stay and they put me through to a woman (after 10 minutes on hold) who didn't even know which hotel location I was talking about, then I asked her to get me another's folio while I had her on the phone and she asked if she could put me on a brief hold while she looked them up, FIFTEEN minutes later I decided to hang up and call back, explained what had happened, they put me through to an Angeline or something, and she said she apologized for the inconvenience and would get it sorted out and if there would be a long hold she'd let me know.. another 15 minutes goes by, and I decided to hang up once again. Seriously lazy ass people who don't feel the need to do their job. Why call yourselves customer service if you're not serving the customer what they need!?

Clean, spacious, room that looked like it had recently been refurbished. Pros here are easily accessible from I85, nice rooms as described, very friendly and helpful staff, good value. Only downside was noise from I 85 as our room was facing the interstate. Overall very satisfied for the price I paid.

Nice place, friendly staff! Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Hotel is on a very busy road. Staff was very accommodating and made my stay Pleasant. Great place for business Travelers. Convenient to many local businesses.

Nice hotel with modern updates on the inside. Food and drinks available in the hotel. Close to restaurants and convenient to the highway. Helpful staff.

One of the friendliest staffs we've ever had. The rooms were large and they made sure no one stayed next to the bride's suite. We had plenty of guests over throughout the night and no complaints were made. Thank you!

We have stayed here many times during our visits at Netherworld and I must say they have done an excellent job of keeping up to date. The hotel is very clean, professional, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, yet professional as well.

They have a nice bar/bistro are in the main lobby that offers drinks and decent food at reasonable prices.

Our room was tastefully decorated and newly renovated for a sleek, upscale feel.

This hotel is situated in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights. There's a huge variety of to-go and dine in restaurants in the area. The bed provided me a comfy sleep. My room had a sliding door with a balcony. The staff was very cordial. My only complaint is the plumbing, so i guess they left that part out when they remodeled the building. The sink needs more water pressure and the tub takes too long to drain out the water (about 10 mins) after you get out of the shower.

Very clean hotel with a beautifully decorated interior. The rooms were provided with all amenities. Would stay again. Staff was very helpful when I asked for more blankets.
