Very lovely place & amazing staff. There was a wedding party that got a little rowdy on 6th floor after midnight. I never had to say a word because hotel staff got on to the problem promptly. (They must have thought they had the entire 6th floor to themselves)

This hotel is clean and the staff pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near I4. There is an option to use a digital key which uses your phone, quite neat and easy to use. Overall, a good choice for the Tampa area.

Rooms were really nice. Had a issue with the room but front desk handled it perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel and staff. The restaurant is the real gem! The food was exceptional. Crab cake special was superb, as was the sirloin and pasta dishes that my family had. The chef is very talented and I'd go out of my way to dine here if I were in the area again.

If you're above the fourth floor the water pressure is not enough to fully activate in the shower, partially because the valve on the faucet is packed chock-full of calcium lime deposit. So when you pull the knob up to get the showerhead to come on, half of it comes out of the faucet in the other half bleeds down the wall so you got to put your head practically on the wall to get your hair rinsed out. Other than that it's great. Well except for the gym was closed because it smelled like they kept 18 to 25 cats in there and urine smell permeated the entire area around the door. But other than that it was great.

Didn't have a bad experience the rooms were nice. The outside nice big Mossy trees and looking pretty good. There breakfast was great I really enjoyed it

The hotel staff were very friendly at check in. The hotel even offers complimentary warm cookies and fruit infused water. My room was decent. Its nice having a microwave and refrigerator. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The only critique I have, is the bed is loud. It creaks at every opportunity. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

I'm so happy here. Twice I have gotten a free room here through Hard Rock, but, I would actually pay to stay here. The front desk staff is perfect. The waitress at breakfast was perfect. I really enjoy the buffet! The cucumber water! etc. I need to get some names next time I'm here so that these people can get some recognition. If you have a choice, stay here!

Room was great, staff was nice and accommodating, and everything but the room service was fantastic. The food though on the room service was mediocre at best, and came to our room like warm, even though it only took 25 minutes. Still would highly recommend the hotel to stay, just grab food elsewhere.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which gave us ample room. It was nice to be able to relax and have two separate areas for myself and my husband. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel set back off main road, very quiet. Our room was clean, service was efficient. This was a short stay but we will definitely stay again! Outdoor area was quaint, this hotel is cared for well and maintained nicely.

Nice hotel with a large outdoor pool. Staff was accommodating. The morning breakfast wasn't the greatest but, it took a little bit for food to be replinished. Overall would recommend!
