Went for a work event, the stuffed chicken and prime rib were absolutely delicious! We spent the rest of the night in the casino. We had a blast!

We had an 8 member party at the Reserve and everything was great. The service was great, drinks were great, and the food was excellent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass with the spinach and fingerling potatoes. We all had a great time.

Save some time and just send them money, because you won't be walking out with any of theirs.
I'm surprised that since this place is so tight they don't charge for parking, cover charge and admission entrance fee.
Watch how fast the games spin, to make sure your hitting that button as fast as possible.

Location was awesome. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The rooms didn't block out much sound though. About 2 am the neighbors decided to be loud and slam doors sounded like they were in our room. All in all not too bad thoughthey could have threw in free breakfast for as much as we paid for the room. It was nice being walking distance to the Rialto.

This place is great!?. Great table staff. With exception of a few. Bathroom is clean thanks to those staff. And the beverage staff also!? Too bad !? that I see them walk around and get people their drinks. It's a water or not they deserve kindness and a few tips on gratitude. $$ 😉😉. The valet are great. Especially, when you ran out of cash to the casino. Several occasions, I didn't know we can use our Membership card for a free valet parking. We only have a few buck to offer and retrieve our car 🚗 back. With a smile. We come back daily!? Win or lose. As long as you have discipline and a budget.

The rooms were nice, smelled clean, had a large tub and shower. Staff was friendly everywhere you went in the building. Valet was quick to retrieve our car when we left. Casino was fun. It was a good way to kill 45 minutes before our other plans.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding interests as well as their hotel. The room was extremely spacious and the same goes for the bathroom. The tub could easily fit two. We only tried the cross street cafe but the food was pretty good. Onsite party was very convenient and the location is great if you are planning to attend an event at The Forge, a concert venue about a block and a half down the road

Whenever I'm near Chicago I love stopping by this cozy little casino. Good selection of table and video gaming coupled with a very friendly staff. Only complaint I could have is that each time I visit, I have yet to access a workingTotal Rewards kiosk. They always seem to be down. I've been to most of the Caesar's properties in the Midwest and East Coast, and enjoy all of them. Always a plus when a business provides accommodations for us professional (truck) drivers. It's a welcomed break from the busy truck stops. Definitely have a loyal customer here.

This hotel is very nice. It was very conveniently located to where I was going (The Forge). The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. The whole room was very clean. Because of an early morning flight, I didn't stay here for very long, but my time here was very pleasant.

Not too much of a problem with the casino floor itself, but the restaurant we ate at left a lot to be desired. The food was served lukewarm and most of it seemed microwaved; ridiculous for the amount of money we paid.

Nice, affordable, medium size hotel. Old surrounding buildings. Cool buildings to visit. Located on a working canal so you can see giant barges pushed by tugs going under 2 different draw bridges right out your room window. Ask for a west facing room. There is lots of great unpretentious food around some walking distance and others a short drive away. There is a snack bar that has very good fast food by the casino. The casino has everything but a sports book and it's no smoking but has a attached smoking area that has a inner and outer door to keep the casino well separated.

Great Hotel, very clean and reasonable priced. Casino has several machines and tables available to meet just about anyone's taste. Great friendly staff. Their motto is A+ service and its obvious that they strive to meet that goal. Both in customer expectations and customer service. We have had several events at the hotel; our family has gone for dinner to the steak house on special occasions, The Reserve. We have gone for girls night and company events. Its a place that has something for everyone and with the great service we have always received, its worth the trip and we will continue to use Harrah''s Joliet as our main place to go for fun personally and for group outings.

We spent some time at the casino. There were an adequate number of table games such that we were able to play when we wanted to without much wait. The dealers were less welcoming than I would have hoped; some seemed to be rushing through the paces instead of helping us enjoy our time. The restrooms were clean, as was the venue. I was pleased it did not smell of smoke.
