Clean and romantic. Love the pool rooms. Feels like a vacation. HDMI on the TV worked. AUX cable or bluetooth) provided for sound system. I think it would make sense to have the TV sound connected to the sound system, but it's not. Overall good relaxing place.

My wife and I stayed here for the first time on Saturday, December 2nd to celebrate our 6th Anniversary. We stayed in the Majestic Swimming Pool Suite. The suite was totally awesome! King size bed in the bedroom area, with a 5'x7' whirlpool, massage chair, stereo with TV, DVD, CD player. The pool area has a nice sitting area with a couple chairs and a table, right next to it in the corner is a steam room, which doubles as another shower for two. In addition to this, you have a nice clean bathroom with a regular tub and shower, along with his and hers sinks, and lets not forget the bidet! Total class all the way. The rooms are also totally quiet and private. We cannot wait to go back again. Maybe for New Years.

Stayed here about 100 times lol! Love it.. if you want a relaxing rejuvenating night go here.. if your looking to hit it and quit it go somewhere else

Worth every penny.
Went last week, stayed in suite one-a paradise pool suite, and had the time of my life. Everything was perfect. The room shows superior attention to detail and is beautifully laid out. Extremely clean--and their sheets and towels are cozy. We will absolutely be back!response / report this review -

Amazing hospitality.. the room is just as you see it.. gorgeous. The gentleman up front at the desk was so helpful he even blew up my rubber 🦆 inflatable with his helium tank because they did not have an air pump.. very great place for couples .. definitely going again!!

Stayed at the Sybaris Frankfort for 2 nights. The room was very clean, the staff was fabulous and the amenities were amazing. My only complaint would be that there's no housekeeping but it would have been difficult since we never left the room much so I understand why they don't provide it. They do however drop of fresh towels and toiletries at your request. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a poolside suite, (I think that's what it was called) it had a pool, hot tub, steam room, king size bed, fireplace, and more little surprises that we didn't expect! I was happy when we checked in, and even happier when we left! 10/10, would definitely recommend this to a romance seeking couple.

Our experience was amazing! When you walk in you're in paradise immediately. The room was very clean, Everything was fresh and the ladies in the office were extremely helpful as well. The pool and hot tub alone are worth it,then there's the massage chair,steam room and enough mirrors to ensure you don't miss a thing!! Will definitely return. My husband and I did not want to come home.

Loved 90% of our experience here. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great. Room was clean. Staff were great. Bed needs some work. Our bed was worn out, and really hard. Shower pressure seemed weak. If those issues were fixed would easily get 5 stars.

Sybaris is our favorite overnight getaway option. This location is great, however we prefer Northbrook location. Room was clean, front desk reps very customer friendly. Some delivery options available to the suites but only until 10 pm weekdays.

The two times I've been at this location, we have arrived earlier than our scheduled time. They've had no problem with it and let us into our suite early. The suites have always been impeccably clean. I absolutely love the fact that they have an aux chord for me to plug in my phone and listen to my favorite music as loud as I wish. Definitely recommend this Sybaris location.

I've rented from this location several times and the hospitality continues to go down, down, down. I've had to wait several times for the room to be ready due to room damage by the previous occupants. Then, this last time, when my guest was being dropped off by her sister, several staff accused us of having more than the allowed 2 guests per room - even threatening to call the police if we didn't leave within 5 minutes. I demanded an apology for this rudeness but never received (it's been over a week so I'm posting this now).

This was our second stay at a Sybaris location and they are great for a getaway. Complete privacy, luxurious rooms and in-room pools. The rooms have always been immaculately clean. Fun for a honeymoon or anniversary.

It was wonderful, amazing perfect experience. I have never experienced anything like this. We loved the privacy. There was a tornado watch and severe storms outside and we were in our own tropical paradise and couldn't hear anything of the chaotic outside world. Facilities were very clean everything was in place. The only thing I would request to be changed is the late check in. You pay that much for a room you should be able to check in at normal hotel check in times. Other than that. It was an unforgettable awesome best Anniversary we've ever had. ❤ Thank you Sybaris
