Front desk DANIEL is ideal rep for this place.
Welcoming, informative, helpful & very good with kids.
Location is a quiet road off the highway (95) but you don't hear anything.
Fireplace lounge area, coffee & fruit 24/7, orange enhanced water, cookies Like visiting someone in an in up in Vermont.
Laundry! Open washer/dryer (no coins) with updated machines - better than my home stuff.
$1 laundry toss packet makes it sooooo easy to leave here with clean clothes in your suitcase
Breakfast in the morning saves time & money. Full breakfast not just a toast & jam deal. Big TV as well, relaxing.
Average breakfast would set you back $10-$15 person. Family of 4 just saved $50!!
Free parking, safe (saw police car patrol the area twice in the last 3 hours)
Ice machines in the laundry rooms. (2nd&4th floor is better)

Super clean and comfortable. And quiet. My only complaint--if you can call it that--is that cable loses the signal occasionally. But that's a Spectrum thing and not a hotel thing. Nicest hotel I've been in for quite a while.

This place was fantastic! His staff here at the front desk is amazing… Their unlimited breakfast in the morning is worth staying at this hotel alone! They have fruit out in coffee and cookies all day long… I had mail delivered while I was here with no issues! I was also able to do laundry in the laundry facilities with no problem… Very small workout room but no one used it so it was wonderful when IWent to go work out. My only complaint is, they should have more landscaping around the pool deck area so that you are not just sitting in the middle of a parking lot next to the swimming pool. When people pull into park… They have a direct view of you on the lawn chairs… It’s not really very relaxing with this particular type of set up😔

Great location. It is near many restaurants, shops and gas stations. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Easily accessible right off of I-95 and plenty of places to eat around. They have pet friendly rooms but there is a fee. Great breakfast and free cookies makes up for the pet fee if you ask me, considering all 4 of us ate. There is also a dog walk trail on both sides of the hotel. The staff were great and the place is very well kept. I'd stay there again for sure.

Management is courteous and responsive. Staff is excellent. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Great place to stay or use the conference room for your next meeting or party.

Yesterday was my 2nd stay at the immaculate, well appointed, carefully staffed hotel. My mom and I evacuated last year to this hotel. She was 94, very ill, on oxygen during Matthew in October. Tom Clapsaddle and his staff Dan and Nick (and this year Carolyn Key) extended every courtesy to me for her last year and to us this year. Again this year, we were left without power at our Port Orange home. Told dear spouse who had had enough "fun" boarding up the house, tying to keep generators running, installing roof gutters, helping his parents, etc..we are going back "home" to Country Inns and Suites for a respite. Fortunately our power was restored yesterday (and it was after check out time and I was not charged by hotel for extra day-thank you so much for that kindness). Tom is a good corporate citizen and just a very good neighbor too. Thank you Tom, Dan, Nick and Carolyn and everyone else who was so good to us there. I am a Hilton Honors customer and my standards are high. This hotel is among the best I have stayed at and we travel a lot. My highest recommendation.

Stayed at Country Inn and Suites by Carlson in Port Orange Florida for two nights, Sept.10th and 11th 2017 during hurricane Irma. Free WiFi made it easy to keep track of the storms progress.
Five Stars all around, the hotel and rooms were super clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable.
Every member of the staff we came in contact with were very polite and professional.
They offered a full, tasteful breakfast in the morning and had coffee and cookies 24 hours.
We lost power in our room only for a short period of time, however they had full power in hallways and all common areas.
A special thank you to all staff for making our hide out from the storm a very pleasurable experience.response / report this review -

The most friendly, courteous and.caring staff I've ever had the privilege to meet. Without a doubt, this entire experience was one that I would love to repeat again next year. No request was unmet, the rooms were immaculate, and no matter what time we saw a staff member, they would smile and ensure there was nothing we needed. We'll definitely be back here again.

Clean rooms, inviting hosts, and delicious breakfast. It's a great place if you're traveling through. Also they're pet friendly without smelling like a kennel.

Bar none, hands down, the best value in a hotel stay we've ever had. I will make this hotel a regular stop on our trips to Florida just because it was so clean, comfortable and nice. The young lady who runs the dining room was an absolute pleasure, everything was hot, fresh, and full despite a very busy breakfast hour. What a spread, this is NOT a continental, it's an ACTUAL breakfast!

The location is fairly near to outlets and still within reach of the beach. The room we had was very clean on check-in and staff were very helpful and friendly. Vending and ice on every floor and free washer and dryer on 2 floors.

We had 2 rooms for a group of 5. The sitting area in one made it extra nice. No connecting rooms but we were just across the hall. Super clerk's and breakfast staff. Really accommodating.
