The rooms were good but the outside is horrible. Some stuff is not their fault because of the storms, but the dust everywhere is. I had to clean the washers and dryers myself before using them. The edges of the tub and most walls are horrific. The beds, new floors and furniture were really nice.

2 star hotel. at the time of checking in staff did not disclose that the cable and Wi-Fi was not available until after my third call . Small room and bathroom. No closet or iron..so disappointed

We had an amazing time and experienced great service staying hear, it's very close to alot of stores and beachfront, great place for a vacation!

The woman at the front test (older white woman) is AMAZING and so nice. The house keeping people were also wonderful, and I'm sure the rest of the staff that I didn't get to meet would have the same outlook. I have been staying at this hotel for years. They have always been great. And they just got these beds.. it will ruin your vacation because you will never want to get out of them they are so Comfey!!!! I actually just called and asked what kind of beds they have and she remembered my who I was and my father (who also stays there) just fantastic!!! Give this gal a raise she deserves it!!!!

Location is great, right off the beach and close to lots of local things. That being said, rooms are tiny, two full beds fills them up. TV is small, bathroom is also small. The whole place feels very dated even though the have refurbished it at some point. The external AC unit was really loud. Reminds me of the Best Western trips we took as kids.

Right on the beach! Our room wasn't oceanfront, but access to the beach was convenient. The pool here doesn't open until 10:00 am, and that sucked, because it sure would have been nice to use the pool or jacuzzi as we watched the sun rise. Instead we had to walk to the beach. The free breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are small but nice, and overall very clean. Staff was good also.

Room was clean, a little more attention could b paid to cleaning the property and the pool. Great room, but all tile floors. Since we were on ground floor w a patio to the pool, constant looping up water in the room and lots of sand. The shower soaked the bathroom too. All the staff was wonderful and friendly. friendlyWalking access to lots of food and shopping. No frills but great place for the price.

Rooms are a little dated but comfortable. Everything was clean. There was even free WiFi and free breakfast, although the breakfast was all prepared from instant / frozen ingredients and not the most flavorful. But it was free so hey. Thanks boardwalk inn and suites!

On beach and room is clean, pool is nice. It is the loudest place I've ever been. And I travel often. Right on main drive on beach entrance. Music and engines blasting from 6a to 1a. Almost impossible to get your car out of parking lot. No exaggeration. Trying to move hotels for last 2 nights.

I loved hanging out at this are. I went here yesterday for a social event they had with some friends it was amazing the restrooms were noticable when I'm the shopping area and the stage center is really nice and decorated. Lovely beach rate 8/10. It does have lots of beach bums though and lots of trash but other than that it's a great local place to hangout. Really fun especially in the Summer​ or in busy days.

The location is right on the beach which is amazing. The hotel room decor needs to be updated and maybe more cleaning room service. You have to go ask for more towels and coffee for the rooms. The staff is so super nice. Also when I arrived my room wasn't supposed to be ready til 3pm and it was actually ready around 1pm. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL
