I bought this used Ram 1500 for $25,000 cash and it turns out the windshield is completely chipped and the headlight assemblies are from different trucks, driver side is black and the passenger side is chrome. Gordon, who claims to be the owner of Country Chrysler, tells me 2 weeks after buying it that I bought that way so its my issue to fix. I too work in public sales and I would never leave any one of my clients in the cold. Well unfortunately this is another story where the dealership has gotten my $25,000 plus "fee's" and aren't held accountable for anything. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE unless you can get a great deal on something brand new because after you buy it you can take it to a different dealership for services and add-ons. I hope this post helps future clients to go down the street to a different dealership.
Jack Davies is great!! He helped me get into a new car and they took care of all the details!
This year my wife and I went through the often painful process of buying a new car. We did our research for months and started test driving in July. We narrowed down our "must haves" and chose a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. We started visiting half a dozen dealerships within a 30 mile radius of our home. We included a visit to a dealership that was highly recommended by a friend of the family. This dealership guaranteed their deal was the best. We were getting all the rebates and more, so they said. We decided to give a dealer closer to home a try also. This was Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Oxford PA. When we drove up we were greeted with a smile and a handshake by Mike Burda. We explained to Mike what we were looking for. He made us feel comfortable and he made us a great offer, better than anything we had yet seen. Mike was the nicest guy and so easy to work with. We agreed to a great deal and the rest is history. Did I mention that the Jeep we wanted was nowhere to be found locally? Not a problem for Mike. He got on his database and on the phone and found our exact match the next day. Later that week we went through the paperwork and picked up our new Jeep. It was the most comfortable new car buying experience we've ever had. I highly recommend Mike and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep. If you don't go there first, you will go there last.
Dave was my sales person he was hard to budge on price but very down to earth didn't over sell and talked to you like a friend not just another sale the service department stands by their work and is fairly priced
Was very interested in buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When talking to them face-to-face they will tell you what you want to hear. Then place paperwork in front of you and try to talk you into signing something you did not agree on. If you catch it they will come up with some excuse. And then they keep asking if I was going to put something down for a downpayment. I don't know what my 2015 Jeep Cherokee is but I guess it's garbage, or that's how they made me feel. I bought the original Jeep from them last year and now won't give me but about 25% of what this Jeep is worth. Please stay away from this place directly across the street at the Chevrolet dealership you can probably find the same car half price. I've never been so mad at a company. It's just lie after lie after lie.
Excellent prices on new vehicles. Service department for Chrysler is second to none. Service department supervisor is relentless in making sure customers are treated honestly and problems are solved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
3 strikes, you're out!
Their service dept said they would have to charge me a 2nd inspection fee if I didn't have a light bulb replaced at their center. Other than the light bulb needing to be replaced, it passed emissions and PA State Inspection. I replaced the light bulb myself for a much less expense & brought it back for the inspection sticker. They did NOT charge me an additional inspection fee but even other mechanics I tell this to in the area find their practice to suggest a recharge fee appalling & illegal as stated on the PA Inspection banner.
2 other dishonest instances happened at this dealer leading me to now WARN others not to go here!!!
Great car buying experience. Visit Becky the finance manager. She is the best.
Very expensive and a little disappointed in service when I go there. Any negotiating seems frowned upon which is not the way a dealership should be.
I had my truck in for recalls and they told me I need my upper and lower ball joints replaced on both side and it was gonna cost over $2000. The problem was I just had them replace 2 mouth before hand and yes I check them and they were fine. also they never bolt my strut back in when they did the recall work properly and it was banging around. This wasn't the first time I had problem with this dealer.
Paul Damiano is hands down the best. My wife and I both got new jeep renegades and the whole team helped us the whole way. The rude attitudes from the service staff is a bit much but love Paul
