  The room was fine, though the shower has a constant drip. The hallway smelled badly if cigarette smoke and they had a mister like movie their bathrooms to try and cover it up. That combo just made a sickly sweet smell that missed horribly with the stale cigarette smell. I even found a cigarette butt on the ground in the hallway despite all the rooms being non-smoking. They claim to have breakfast, but it is just coffee and granola bars. Not even any fruit or juice available.

  Great value for the price, not very fancy and the sheets were a little rough, but was able to sleep and was nice with the kitchen and fridge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating very pet friendly

  Great customer service. Rooms do not get cleaned everyday. Not sure if this is normal. Even though the booking agencey dropped the ball on my reservation the hotel got me squared away with a room. Just wish it was at the original ratebut that wasn't the hotels fault. Coffee in the AM in lobby was nice. Parking was a bit tight. Overall I would stay there again if I was working in the area.

  We had a nice clean room. There were no utensils and not enough shampoo and soap, but bed and pillows were very comfy. Location was a big plus.

  The room was adequate. Kitchenette was not what I was expecting. No oven. No utensils. We had to go to the front desk for ask for utensils, plates and cooking paraphernalia. They were out of spoons. Seems they were out of a lot of things. I ended up scrounging the hallways after room service to get what we actually needed (as the items sat out for 12 hours until the following morning). "Breakfast bar" is also a generous statement. There are prepackaged muffins, oatmeal and single serve granola bars. Two kinds of coffee: dark roast and light. Two kinds of creamer. Would I stay again? Maybe. The location is convenient to Sunset Beach, Boeing and Irvine.

  Room was very nice but didn't have any of the usual things stocked that I would have expected from an extended stay suite like dishes, flatware, glassware, or an ice tray since there didn't appear to be any ice machine (though we only booked for one night so maybe that was the reason). Cold breakfast was muffins, oatmeal, and granola bars with coffee. Not amazing but it did the job until lunch. I'd stay again since we got a good deal through a booking website, and the missing items were available from the front desk upon request.

  Easy to locate hotel. Overall experience was positive from to check in to check out. Room was clean and stocked with the essecentials. Would stay at this location agian.

  Great welcoming front desk staff. Room looks great, with more space than you'd initially think from first look. Plenty of parking. Could do with better TV programming availability and a little bigger rooms with bigger bed availability, but still liveable.
