Matt is fantastic! Awesome piano bar and Sweet Lorraine is the best. Excellent service and wonderful food.
Cozy wine bar with great food and friendly service. The piano player was outstanding. Overall a great place to spend an evening.
The food was amazing- BUT Robert Irvine needs to show up! The walls and furniture were worn and a mess. The patio was stacked up and bare. The host had a big dunkin latte cup on the stand. Was very pricey- for the poor atmosphere. Looking at the menu I expected 5 star place.
Great food. Strong drinks. Live piano playing and singing by the owner himself. They almost messed up our 3rd Anniversary by seating us near the kitchen ( even though the place was empty when we arrived around 8:00pm) but the waiter in the white shirt saved the day. He was friendly and attentive. He made our night enjoyable. The calamari was excellent and so was my steak. My wife had the fish entree and she like it too. 2 drinks, an app, and 2 entree's was $90 bux and seemed fair considering you get live music sang from the owner who actually can play and sing well.
I will return.
Go for the piano bar. Also if you get food order one of their daily specials. Thurs, Fri and Sat night are the best nights to go. Fun crowd and good foodbut get a food special. One of the few piano bars in town and Matt is really good and it is a fun time. They normally have a good fish special on the menu -mahi mahi or salmon. Food is very good but I have had better luck w/ their daily specials. This is a little restaurant with a great piano singer.
Location is across from hotel indigo-tapestry park and walking distance from Aloft so a good spot for out of towners.
Tasty meal with a great Martini. Not too crowded if you arrive be 6pm. Easy parking.
Fantastic evening .. Went for appetizers at happy hour and stayed all night!!! I had the filet, which was spot on.. The piano music was a real treat Great energy.. We will be back..
My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. We were staying at the Indigo Hotel directly across from it on my business trip and had the good fortune to wander inside Corner Bistro for dinner. We loved everything about the place. The inside is classy, yet cute and cozy. Our server Marco was fantastic--from his warm demeanor to his expert suggestions for the menu. The whole staff welcomed us inside and bid us adieu on our way out. We ordered the herbed chicken fettuccine, which my wife and I thought was one of the best dishes we had at a restaurant. The chicken was succulent and flavorful. The combination of this with fettuccine noodles, peas, carrots and prosciutto cream sauce was divine. The owner introduced himself and thanked us for coming in, which was nice. He personally provided live entertainment on the piano, which we very much enjoyed. He had a great voice and sang some of our favorite songs--a wide mix of genres, ranging from country to opera to oldies. I grew up in Jacksonville and wish we had some place like this when I was in high school. It was a fantastic experience and my wife and I can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. A+
