Attended an annual luncheon at the Conrad. As usual the hotel is beautiful and the food and service great. It's always a treat to take those that haven't had the experience before to see how excited they are by the coordinated serving and excellent service. The only downside is the location makes the valet a madhouse that I would rather not deal with but otherwise highly recommend for your event needs

The Evan Todd Salon and Spa is incredible, worth every penny! Your service includes all day access to the fitness room and pool as well as free valet parking. They are an Aveda salon, so great products as well. You even get a mini facial and hand massage while in the reclining, massaging shampoo chair! 😊

Wonderful evening downtown Indianapolis. We went to Tastings to take advantage of half price wine night. We had a cheese plate and a few of they're small plates. Keagan made some very solid recommendations. It was a great evening!

I went to the Spa and had the most luxurious experience. I will definitely be going back! My only issue was that I didn't know valet was included with my spa service so traveling to and from the parking garage was a bit sketchy. Overall I'll be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel has been awesome! Great service, great concierge, friendly staff. Rooms exceeded my expectation. I’m here for a work conference for a week. The beds are very comfortable along with the oversized feather bed pillows. If the standard pillows don’t meet your expectations, fear none, there is a Pillow bar available for your personal desire. A full on garden/soaking tub, nice showerand a TV in the bathroom perfect while you are soaking. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and the Circle Center is connected to the Conrad which is a Skywalk to many locations including the mall. I’d definitely recommend this Hotel for your stay in Down Town Indianapolis.

Great location for professional program. Great meeting rooms and service. Terrific food and beverage, everything delicious. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars was the quality of meat - pork was tough, but had great flavor. Awesome location in downtown Indianapolis, with tons of things nearby.

Touch of luxury. Great bathroom with huge tub and big modern shower. No refrigerator except minibar is a disappointment, though. Convenient self parking, just valet. Comfortable bed but a bit small.

I love this property. The staff are very personable and friendly. The location is very convenient to everywhere downtown Indy. The room was so very nice and accommodating. Every thing was clean and it's a weird thing to say but the whole hotel smelled so incredibly nice and clean. We loved our stay here. We will definitely be going back to The Conrad.

We love staying at the Conrad. Always welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The room service menu could use some updating and parking is a little pricy for Indianapolis. We will be back there in a couple of weeks. Thank you Conrad.

We stayed on the 5th floor in the new updated suites. They were modern and spacious. Two 55" TV's, that was awesome. And 1 and a half bathrooms Really nice to have. One of the greatest rooms I've ever stayed in!

5 Stars!! The rooms are great very very nice!! Service is great. Wine bar downstairs great. Highly recommend for your next trip to Indy. You won't be disappointed. Well worth the extra money!

The ICC event was excellent. The Conrad should consider an open bar instead of donated beer and wine for free. Charity auctions go better when people drink what they want.

Stayed at the Conrad for a user conference. The rooms and facilities were top notch and met and exceeded expectations for Conrad. The location is great in that you are just a few steps from most downtown venues.
