The breakfast served was among one of the best meals I've ever had at a hotel. Service was outstanding by the front desk and accommodated all my needs.

Welcoming staff, they couldn't find my reservation but were able to book a room for me. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Remote died on me but they were able to quickly replace batteries when I brought it to there attention. Easy access to the highway.

The hotel is nice. Staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly. A bit noisy as we were located near the noisiest elevator doors I've ever heard. Breakfast buffet is decent. I think better than most. Great pool and whirlpool. FitNess center was typical but ok. Our stay here was nice

Very good staff and building. The room felt a little dirty as the floor was a little sticky. Other than that they had everything we needed for a few nights stay. They had free hot breakfast, free wifi and a shower.

It was a very clean hotel, looked very new. The hot breakfast was filling, the coffee great, and The USA Today was free in the lobby. The property sits in an industrial area about 20 minutes nortwest of downtown Indy.

Nice quiet rooms and a good breakfast. Kind staff, nice clean pool and hot tub. Workout facility is a but dated but still had a lot of equipment.

Most elements of the hotel were nice. The beds were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and had a lot to choose from. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. The fan, light, and shower all did not work properly. I feel like I probably just got unlucky as I have stayed at Hampton before. The quality at this location was no less than any other I have stayed at.

It was a nice clean hotel. The staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable for Gencon weekend. The breakfast was decent. Stayed two nights. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and inviting. The free breakfast was full of variety and hot and fresh. Location was a little harder to find, but it's made up by the comfort and luxury provided here. Cost seemed fair for what they provided. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except the loudness of the room next to us. I called guest services and they said they would send a guard to check it out. It wasn't until near 1am that I called yet again to only have them say they never sent the guard to talk with the other room. Please put your guests above all else, this is a hotel and people do try to sleep at night.

Helpful staff. Everything very clean. Outside welcoming. Great and expansive breakfast with different styles of seating. Adequate luggage carts. Nice store for food options. Lots of Coffee and Hot water for tea in lobby. Hallways were clean and smelled fresh.

The room was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was just usual powdered eggs, microwave bacon, pastries fruit yogurt toast and a waffle maker. Pool was super warm and not crowded but not very chlorinated. Easy check in and check out. Brought a pack and play right when requested but took awhile to get a sheet to cover it.

This is a great hotel! We stayed for one night on a weekend vacation and had a great night. Our room had a decently sized fridge and also a microwave which we utilized both. The rooms are very clean and the whole place is tidy and well updated. There is a heated indoor pool and hot tub and a fitness and business center. The hotel boasts a delicious spread of complimentary hot and cold breakfast options as well as some great coffee options! If you visit, make sure to stay aware the hotel is on a one way street! 😬
