I was in CONCORD PARK to go to a late lunch, early dinner (before 4 PM) at Lakeside Tavern. We arrived on a beautiful Autumn afternoon about 3:30 P.M. They serve lunch until 4. We had the entire outside patio to ourselves while we ate, talked and drank in the view. The music was not blaring. We could talk without raising our voices. The food and the service was EXCELLENT! It was a perfect outing. This was on a Tuesday.

I love this place, great picnic areas, playground for kids and one million dollar views, if you live or you're visiting Knoxville, you have to stop here.

Nicely maintained, dogs had little to adjust to. They had fun with other dogs.

Seculed area of the lake. Our family found this gem during the eclipse. Great spot for a swim, picnic, fishing or kayaking. There is a portapotty in case nature calls and was decent. I found it by turning rt on the round about opposite end of the main Concord park.

A wonderful and large park. It has plenty of fishing spots, 3 fishing docks (before the bridge), multiple trails, skate park, dog park, and a park for the kids to play at as well with swings.

Great place to do some fishing. This place is a hidden gem of Knoxville. I didn't know about this fishing and hangout spot until I stumbled across it one day driving around.

Nice area. We went hiking on the trails near the dog park. It was pet friendly. Very pleasant experience.

My favorite place to jog. It gets boring on the greenway and the treadmill! Great trails (and several of them) for walking/jogging, they have a dog park and restrooms and I always feel safe here, even if I'm alone. I come here at least twice a week now and love feeling like I'm surrounded by nature but still close to civilization.
