The hotel staff was very accommodating. Don't sleep on the side with the highway, which is the "odd numbered" side as you will listen to the cars and trucks all night! The place is clean and the breakfast was very nice.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times now and every time has been very positive. The staff is polite and professional, the rooms are clean and breakfast in the morning is relatively average, but good.

The room was very nice. My kids loved having an indoor pool, which had pool toys. The staff was so nice. When they found out that we were in town for a funeral they sent gift baskets to the whole family.

Very clean, great breakfast selections, waffles, omelettes ,sausage, fried potatoes, hot cereal, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, Bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, toast, orange juice apple juice cranberry juice all of it looked very good and also tasted very good. People behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Our room was very quiet didn't hear much from The Neighbors.. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Recently stayed here for the night with the family. Kids loved the pool! Sleeping wasn't the greatest the bed was terrible! The breakfast was however wonderful!

If you are looking to use this hotel as a meeting room avoid them at all cost. I used them 3 separate times for a 2 hour meeting and each time it was like pulling teeth. The room was never prepared and extremely over priced. On 2 separate days now I have tried calling the hotel and their phones are done for the entire day. The staff here never knows how their processes work and I always have to wait for a GM to call who never gets ahold of me. I have never spent a night in the hotel and have no experiences there. This is just about their staff and meeting rooms.

Location was convenient for me. Rooms are nice. I was in a king 1 bed with sofa. I think the showers need more holders and platforms.

Comfortable except for the pull out couch. Awesome breakfast. We loved our stay we had a relaxing time. The kids enjoyed the pool. Wish there would have been a hot tub. If we are ever back in Brownsburg will be staying here.
