Fair price for a room these days. But my room had a odor and felt damp and sticky. Bar was opened in the evening but you have to pay cash after 10:00 it's 2017 be professional and get a processor.

Stayed here while visiting for work. It was a nice stay. Room was clean. I love that it is a non smoking site, the rooms smelled nice. Two double beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a tight fit, but that allows for more free space in the room. All electronics worked as it should. Plenty of restaurants near by. Burger King, Penn Station, and Olive Garden within walking distance. The complementary breakfast was really pretty good. Would stay here again. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five was I heard housekeeping complaining about having to hurry and clean our room since I had asked to change the room to the first floor, and that we could hear people in neighboring rooms.

Ok hotel. There is no longer a hot tub. We chose this hotel for the hot tub and when we found out there wasn't one the front desk clerk upgraded us to room 244 with a hot tub suite. Breakfast was good. The waffles were the best.

Paid for my room on Priceline. I paid $10 extra for a King Room w/ Sofa. The money was taken out of my account and the room was paid for and reserved for me. I get to the hotel at 215am after an 18hr workday, try to check in but someone on a previous shift gave someone else the room I paid for and all theyour had left were the cheaper double bed room with no sofa. Absolutely ridiculous, I mean how hard can this be!!! Be careful what you pay for here because they don't honor their agreements!!!!

Friendly staff, nice room, plus restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It would have been nice to have wheelchair access to the doors on the back side of the building, but that was a minor inconvenience.

A hidden gem. Really nice staff! Breakfast crew is very kind and will help you out and chat with you. Heated indoor pool was clean. Rooms were clean and quiet. Easy to find while going down Grand Central Avenue. Would stay again!
