Room is nice however renovations were going on during our stay so it was a little inconvenience. Otherwise pretty good location and nice small hotel.

I stayed here two nights for business purposes. Hotel is very clean, room was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has both a pantry area and bistro with Starbucks coffee available. I didn't use the weight room or pool so no comment on those. All in all a very good stay and I would stay here again.

The location for this hotel is basically what you are paying for. Very advantageously located for the big hospital nearby (unsure of the name), lots of regular and fancy dining nearby, mall is right up the street, etc. Can be confusing/difficult to get out of the hotel area, depending on which direction you are headed. It has an access road type of thing going on, where you have to get off the main highway and then drive a bit before you get to the hotel. The traffic getting onto the main highways during rush hour can make you late, so leave early. The staff here is friendly. The young gentleman checking me in last night was friendly and well-mannered. The older lady working the front desk in he morning was quite amiable. However, she did not ask how my stay was. During previous stays, I have never really been "wowed" by this hotel, but always found it acceptable, given its location/convenience/price. My room this last visit was not well cleaned before I visited. I stay in hotels for business purposes anywhere between 75-100 nights per year. I am used to some things getting missed in a hotel room. I think that's understandable given the price range of this hotel. However, the only slam dunk in my room was the bed. The toilet seat was missed (pee spatter and mystery hairs present), the bathroom counter was missed (splotchy residue from where previous occupant left their toothbrush, maybe), there were some moldy patches on the shower curtain (leading me to believe it wasn't changed, but was wet from last guest and stayed bunched up and didn't dry), and there were some dirty finger/handprints on the wall in the bathroom. All in all, not impressed. Any of those single things aren't a deal-breaker, but all of these at once makes one second guess their stay. Overall, I will probably stay here again, but only because it's convenient and relatively cheap.

They have awful customer service. Like not mean or anything but just completely clueless. They couldn't give me specific times my guests could check in. I had to call twice to receive electronic copies of my receipts. They are just not very organized.

My guests enjoyed their stays though. On their side the hotel seemed organized and competent but for me (the business booking it) it was a a little frustrating.
