First room, 300, they gave us had a heater that made horrible noises. Had to argue with the front desk lady who told me all heaters make noise. Yah, I'm from up north, heaters do not, or should not, make loud banging noises. I even showed her a recording of it. Finally agreed to move us after calling and requesting then visiting the lobby, to 322. This rooms heater makes normal quiet heater noises but I do not think had been cleaned. There was a drink in the fridge, an ez dose pill bag in the bathroom, stink bugs, and the night stand pulled about 3 ft away from wall. My daughters white socks are now a nasty brown color on the bottom from walking around the room in them. Toilet will only stop running if you lift the handle. Floor feels soft like it's not sound and hadn't been vacuumed since I saw clothing tags and garbage. We were afraid to ask for another room as it was hard to get switched to this one. It did have good wifi. I doubt I'll stay here again on my travel through. Surrounding area is nice with plenty of restaurants, shopping and other hotels.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Not enough parking or water pressure. I would stay here again.

Best front desk customer service from Tura and Johnmon we have experienced in a LONG time!! We had experienced a rough day, they brightened our spirits and left us in a better mood way after checkout. Special thanks to them.. other hotels should take note.

Reserved a room with two Queens, none available at check-in. Desk clerk was very polite and got us in a room that worked, but was not ideal.
Bathroom was outdated and needed an update, especially the shower/tub. Faucet had to be turned just the right way to get hot water and overall appearance left a little to be desired.
Breakfast seemed like it would have been good, but it fell short. There was a great selection, but several issues. The cooked eggs were way over cooked and left in the heat lamps too long. Additionally, the very cool pancake maker was out of batter.
The only thing that kept this at two stars instead of one, is the friendliness of the staff.response / report this review
