Fun place to bring the family. Something for everyone :). I recommend the 2 hour pass for the kids. Everything but the arcade games are included for a great price for a time block of that size

Prices are relatively reasonable. Water park is fun but limited. Arcade and indoor activities are outstanding. Food is overpriced for the quality and quantities. Customer service experience is terrible.

place is great for the money. We have annual passes and well worth the money in my opinion. Only thing is some of the rides are down for the full season. I'm hoping they fix it by next open season. I'm going to ask before I renew and will base my renewal upon that.

My family and I had fun at the park. It has a nice selection of water rides. Lockers on site. Couple places to get food and a bar area. The arcade has a good selection and the prices are reasonable. They also have miniature golf and a go kart track.
My complaint is that the new owner and management team got rid of the smoking area. Now everyone just walks outside in front of the entrance to smoke. It was more convenient and less nerve racking when the smokers had their own designated area near the bar. They should seriously consider bringing it back.response / report this review -

I recommend if you go to daytona lagoon is to go and reserve a cabana. It's the best way to enjoy the park. If Dakota is working he is an outstanding VIP guest host and attend to all your needs in a very professional manner. Yes I said VIP when you get a cabana when you are resting from riding, you can order a meal from Dakota and will be there quickly no waiting in lines. Cabana comes with a television, chairs, lounge chairs, and a ceiling fan. We as a family of five had a great time, and will do this again next year. Also thanks to Dakota for his excellent service.

Such a fun place to go to at a very affordable price. Perfect for all ages! I'm very upset to say that when the employees told us to leave my stuff with them during the dry attractions of Laser Tag and Rope Maze, $53 was stolen! They wouldn't let me go on the attractions with my stuff so I had no choice. This theft really let me down I don't recommend on trusting these employees nor leaving your things. I called the manager and she never called back. I called twice and all mailboxes were full. Not organized at all. Really ruined my experience:(

WOW! This park seems a smidge dated, BUT our family was extremely pleased with our visit. The lifeguards were extremely vigilant, in a good way! I came out of one slide in a weird position and the lifeguard was on me instantly making sure I was okay, and was so sweet. I felt my children were very safe. We were SO impressed by the young staff, they were pleasant, not overbearing, and very much on alert. The prices in the park are surprisingly reasonable (even the bar) especially considering other places we have been, and the food was really good. Our ONLY "complaint" was how hot some sections of concrete got (We have blisters) but that is our fault for not buying water shoes. There isn't much shade to walk in. Thank you Daytona Lagoon for 8 hours of fun and relaxation.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend spending your money here. You can't get anyone on the phone. Passes scanned to admit 2 but was only able to use for one admission after the manager showed up. Then when asked for passes back. He scanned them again and threw the 2 receipts away. Makes me wonder why he needed to scan them again. Seems like he needed to be sure they where empty of the 2 left over admissions. Something shady with all that.
Sent the information they requested. Haven't heard a word from them. That would seem like they want to make people think these reviews matter. I am not seeing that they care about the customers at all. Once again, I would not recommend spending your money at Daytona Lagoon.response / report this review -

Great place to bring the kids and the kids at heart. Enjoy the wet portion or the dry portion of the park. Moderately priced good time can be had by all in your party. Wet park you can enjoy slides of types, 🌊 pool,and much more. Dry park you can enjoy the laser tag room, go carts, and of course the big arcade games thru out the building.

Came here since it was across the street from the hotel and I wanted to do laser tag. At the time it was opened for the season yet. (This was May 15th) So instead of leaving we did go kart racing and 18 holes of mini golf. It was very enjoyable especially for the price. There was 6 of us and we all enjoyed ourselves in some calm fun in the sun. Well kinda calm. The people there are friendly, and the prices aren't expensive either. I would definitely give it a shot.

Horrible management, dishonest management and extremely unprofessional management. They sell passes that are a year or more outdated and when you make your second visit they make out like they never sold it even with proof of receipt. All in an effort to sell you a new one, comparing themselves to Disney. Beware, unclean and not worth the price.kids are dropped off ad if its a daycare. Will not revisit and we live locally and are eligible for a discount. I say go to one if our many springs. Much better deal and a great relaxing experience for the entire family

Went a couple years ago and it was way better. Took our daughter there today and the lazy river and there were bugs all in the river. We got out and pulled a bunch of bugs off us and we are so itchy. Also when my husband took his hat out of the locker, there were a few white bugs on it that looked like lice. We were not offered a refund, only passes to come back. We have no interest in coming back. The health department needs to do a thorough inspection. Absolutely disgusted!!!
