This is a emergency last resort repair shop it's going to cost you but they will get you going. They charge as much as the market will bare.

Had scheduled tow through AAA set for 6:56PM 10/3/17. At 7:09PM Mike calls and says he got a call for a Priority tow in Ormond so he was turning aroundmind you, they are located in Ormond, so he should've been to our location already, not turning around). This continued until 10:30PM when we said forget it, we need to sleep! Skip to 10/4. I call AAA at 3:20PM. AA Accurate is assigned to pick car up at 4:25. Was told DO NOT start it, must be pulled onto tow truck. Mike calls at 6:22PM "Uh.what's wrong with the car? I started it and drove it down the driveway" I say "I didn't schedule for anyone to start the car! I called for a TOW! Do NOT drive the car!" He says, "Oh, well, I'm on my way now". By this time I'm irritated. I call AAA to let them know. Skip to 8:59PM. Mike calls. "Uhh I'm across the street. I dropped your car and now it won't start" He ABANDONDED my car in the middle of a residential neighborhood across the street from my house and left. I have photos and video. We ended up calling TowTech and Paul was AMAZING and properly towed our car across the street and placed it in our driveway. I called AA Accurate dispatch and they have yet to call me back. HORRIBLE service. Who calls a TOW to have them drive it, then drop it and leave it abandoned across the street from your home?? Answer? NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND!

I called AAA sat. Sept. At 605 pm. I needed a battery replacement. My car was in my driveway dead. I was told 1 hr. At 710pm a guy named mike called me an said another hour. At 824pm i called mike to see where he was. He was within 40 min of my house. At 9.05 he arrived. Now he said he was coming from Daytona. I've been there. It's a 30 to 40 min ride. Why did I wait so long? Than he announced he doesn't do batteries. Get this . Because they r not profitable in my area. They can't make money on replacements. He would jump start my car but there was no where open to take it to. This is 3 hours later. This business is associated with AA A. They do battery replacement between 7am/7pm. But accurate truck has decided no replacement battery. We can't make money. I did file complaint with AA A. Accepting a contract is to adhere to the rules. I found out there is battery replacement in New Smyrna Beach. That's 5 miles north of me. So I will never use AA A again because mike told me it's his territory. That's scary. Who knows what this business will delete next if there's no profit.

We broke down last night and couldn't get out spare of our truck. The roadside service towed up to AAAcurate. The guy (sorry, tired and forgot his name) never have up on thing the spare tire off though it was difficult and required a special tool to remove it. Not only did he look several times for the tool in their junk yard, he found an alternative and allowed us to keep it for the future.
Thank God there was an extra tire because the spare was bad too. I'm grateful for the service and determination that was provided especially being that it was almost 11 and everything was closed. You have a great service man. It was truly appreciated!!!response / report this review -

I had a 32 foot motorhome that needed to be towed to the repair shop. It was in a very tight spot. They sent 2 trucks out. A smaller truck to position the RV so it could be hooked up to the larger towing truck. These guys are experts!!!

They treated me good at first but that was to get my business they told me my motor was locked up on my truck i had it towed to another shop where all that was wrong with my truck was the starter battieries and a sensor I will never return to this dump ever!!

I've been to this place 3 times and always in and out within a half hour. Granted they were all tire replacements but it's still appreciated when it's done that quickly

Had a great experience with this guys today! Needed to get my bus towed to another town. It certainly wasn't an easy job, but at no point did I feel their customer service skills were anything but excellent!
