My family and I always visit Lulu's when we're in the area! The food and service are always excellent! I especially love their fried green tomatoes they are absolutely delicious!

A favorite of ours. Great atmosphere, great drinks and dogs are allowed on the dining area in the outside patio. Great food and "SERVICE"

This was our first visit and it was disappointing. We went for Sunday brunch. The server was not told the waffle maker was broke until after she brought the other meals out. The French toast was lukewarm and fruit was cold from the refrigerator. One of our group cancelled their meal because it was never brought to the table. Upon requesting the manager, he never came to the table to address the problem.
Our server was so distraught over the number of tables with similar issues. Being in hospitality, I felt sorry for her because shge was very accommodating to try and correct the issues.response / report this review -

When we went we had a nice server and we all enjoyed our meals. The fondue appetizer was delicious. We received our meals in a timely manner. Out of 2 people that ordered a drink from the bar, only 1 had an issue with how long it came out to us. Will go back when in the area again.

Lulu's
We visited on a Thursday evening about 6:30. We were seated immediately inside as requested. The patio was packed with a boat club mingle group. Unfortunately it looked like this was going to cause some delays in service because of the size of that group. We were right. It wasn't horrible but if they had divided up the sections differently it could have run smoother in my opinion.
We ordered the calamari for an appetizer, it was a good portion, hot and I appreciated the hot pepper slices that were included. The marinara that came with was excellent.
Our meals came out in a timely manner. We ordered lobster Mac and cheese (good portion size, very rich, my son couldn't finish it), chicken pesto sandwich (needed more sauce to help with the dryness of the sandwich) a side of beans and rice (wish the server would have picked up on the no onions for the dish so we didn't have to pick out the onions that came on top as a garnish of Pico), kids cheeseburger, and the steak salad (the portion of salad could have been bigger especially for a dinner portion, it was more a lunch portion of salad with a dinner portion of steak, which they cooked perfectly!, I think the salad would benefit from some chickpeas, overall the taste was excellent)
We passed on dessert and left full. We'd return and try it again. Not our favorite, not an experience that blew us aways but it was average with room to improve.response / report this review -

The feel if the place is so easy & relaxing and I love the dog-friendly atmosphere. The food was good and resonably priced; the staff was courteous and thoughtful. Our server seemed to enjoy her job. We've planned on coming back for Sunday brunch.

Service was very good. Do not know if it was an off night for the cooks, but my Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap had very overcooked, hard rice in it. Kid's Mac and cheese was Kraft. Steak and Shrimp was excellent. Atmosphere was great. Would return. Would not eat the wrap again.

Impromptu stop, we turned the corner and said "let's go here". So glad we did. The staff are so pleasant and the food is amazing! We hail from St. Augustine and were in town for an auction, which of course made us hungry. Thank you LuLus! Great drinks and food! Gina, our server was fantastic and super attentive!

The food was amazing and the service was great. I had the Lobster Mac N Cheese ( creamy, rich and full with lobster ) my fiancee had the catch of the day which was Grouper blackened with fried green tomatoes and jasmine rice ( fish was cooked to perfection and the best fried green tomatoes ever ) Our server recommend the Lulu juice ( sweet with a nice kick so you know your getting what you pay for ) Ann-Marie was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on the foods. I We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We ate here while on vacation and would not recommend it. Our waitress was nice but basically absent. Our drinks weren't correct and we were never offered refills. The food was mediocre. My husband had the lobster macaroni and cheese and said it was nothing special. I had a seafood pasta dish that had very little seafood in it and was edible but not great. We thought the prices were high given the quality of the food. We would not go back.
