Atmosphere and food good. It's the small things, bringing hot real butter for the crab legs after asking three times. On the plus side, the salmon salad was terrific. All in all a good experience.

Although their specialty is seafood (I think), I decided to try the turkey sandwich. It was super delicious! I had key lime pie for dessert and it was to die for! The staff was cordial. Service was a little slow as it was not busy but the food more than made up for any delay.

We tried the burgers this time. They are really delicious. They come with fries or salad or veggies or mashed potato or potato pancakes. If you would like Cesar salad as a side you pay $4 surcharge. The only one thing I don’t expect is there’s no refill for soda. It’s 2.50 each and 2.50 for refills. No warning from the waiter. For that, I give a 4-star instead of a 5-star. Downstairs is beautiful and it’s opened for everybody. Upstairs is only opened for 21 and over. The real Treehouse section is only opened on weekends. There are always special on alcoholic drinks. Will try next time. Will also try other entrees next time.

I visited here last weekend with my husband; we sat upstairs. They have blankets to keep you warm if it is chilly up there. We had an amazing waitress; my husband got her name, but I was on my second long island iced tea and I do not remember. She was a red head though and very efficient. She would show up at just the right time; we were never looking for her. Also I wanted to mention Corey; he brought our food to us. I watched him serve other individuals and he was extremely professional and helpful. We will be returning!!

Their food is AMAZING! Seriously!!! Best kept secret in Florida! Try the Stacked Salmon, OMG!!! TO DIE FOR!! It is AMAZING! Staff is really friendly, not a very diverse crowd, but you are made to feel at home by the staff no matter who you are, I LOVE this place. It's a large restaurant, but still feels like a mom and pop restaurant. 😁

Also, the shrimp in grits! Is the best and closest I've had to New Orleans cooking. Can't rave enough about this place. 😋😋😋

The only thing I liked on the menu was the gumbo. The risotto I had tasted chewy. I think there was too much cheese in it. Staff is friendly so 5 stars there! The food though is in need of some adjustment.

A friend of mine found hair in his appetizer. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was soggy, could have been cooked a little more. The service was pretty good and that is why I added a bonus star for the rating. I may try them again.

Super cool spot. The food was good and the atmosphere is great. Prices are slightly high for what you get. Overall pleased with this spot! The fresh lobster was delicious.

We had our first visit to this restaurant today but it definitely will not be our last. Our meals were delicious. The service was great. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is awesome. We live about an hour and a half from this restaurant but we will definitely be looking for excuses to return to New Smyrna and dine here again. I absolutely recommend this place.

This was quite literally one of the most disappointing dining experiences of my life. We were so excited to try it, and had promised our two kids we would celebrate the end of their first week back to school here. We were not greeted for almost 10 minutes. It took at least 10 more to get our drinks. We barely saw our server, and when we did she seemed very much rushed- including projecting that feeling during our order. My husband had the Admiral's Platter. The lobster was very overcooked and rubbery. The snow crab had either sat under a heat lamp or been over cooked as most of the meat was dry and shriveled stuck to the inside of the shell. I had the lobster ravioli (typically one of my favorite dishes), and it was absolutely awful! Bland, greasy, watery sauce. I ate a few bites and called it game over. Even our kids fried shrimp was subpar at best. I would never go here again except to have drinks (and only drinks) on the upper floor which would solely be a choice made because of the tree house setting. I can assure you that is the ONLY reason this place has any kind of decent rating. It's all hype to experience the tree house angle.

Not for kids. We thought this would be a great place for families but it's really more of a bar with a restaurant. Atmosphere was interesting, wish we had sat inside as the outside had annoying old rock and 80s music ("Come on Eileen" and the like) while the inside was nice chill music like Jack Johnson, so that would have been better for our family. Food was good, yet pricy. My asiago chicken was delicious, a lunch special for 13 dollars. Kids meals were serviceable and 7 each, not including a drink.

Excellent food! The outside appearance lured us in and glad it did. Food was delicious and modestly priced. Would definitely stop again when were back in the area!

I took my aunts and uncles and we had an excellent meal. This was fine dining. They do have a Treehouse Bar, but it does not serve the full menu. We didn't go up there but it was quite appealing. I enjoy the Ambiance and decor.

In town and thought it looked cool. My wife and I got seated up stairs and began looking at the menu (which wasn't anything great) the waitress said she needed our IDs to see if we were 21. I didn't bring my id because I was at the beach and informed her we were just there for lunch and were not drinking alcohol.

She was rude and said nopeneed Id in hand. I even had a copy of my id on my phone which she again was rude and refused.

Since we couldn't order food because we didn't produce idwe promptly left and ate at out riggers which was awesome.

    Don't waste your time here.

This was our first and only visit. The atmosphere was really nice, the service was good but the food was not quite what we expected. The fried shrimp was average, the lobster was tough and the portions on the Admirals Platter were on the small side. Two scallops, one small piece of fish, one small lobster and 6 little shrimp. We each had one beer, only one appetizer for us both and one piece of pie with dinner and the bill was 84.00. That seems a little high for two people. Not worth it
