Horrible service. When we were buying the sofa and loveseat with my husband the salesman almost forced us to pay for the cleaning services, explaining how great it is. And now when we need it they say we reported in not timely manner (I found stains last week).

When we entered the showroom we were greeted by David Rivera one of the sales associates ,throughout my time shopping there David was most helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he was very concerned about my satisfaction and picking up the right product he was extremely pleasant and it was a great pleasure working with him .i will highly recommend him to all my friends.

Itati was amazing. She even asked pictures of my new apartment to see if the furniture would compliment it or not. She was honest. Thankfully we listened to her and did the premium shipping because my boyfriend and I would have never been able to set it up. I just love coming home to my new furniture.

Spoke with Christine Ugwa. She was very polite, informative, easy going. Which made the entire process seem easier, not like some used car salesman approach. She heard our comments. Was able to formulate our taste for furniture. Which made us feel like she had our best interest at heart. Plus she and my wife were both "Leo's", which made my wife trust her judgement even more. I purchased recently a sectional in this location and my experience was wonderful. My sales rep was Christine, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. She guided us the entire way and explained everything. She knows her stuff! If you plan on buying furniture and receiving awesome customer service this is the store and she is the girl. Highly recommend!
