I agree Gary Von . what kind of terrible mother brings her child to an R rated demonic movie? Great job ticket agent. I pray for our nation that Judie-Christian moral standards and common sense come back. That young mother has probably been raised herself without church and Sunday School underpinnings. Poor thing.
I’ve been there a million times and I love everything. I would love to go there another million times.#BestQuality #BestPopcorn #BestMovies and #BestLove
Great job by ticket agent not letting a 6-month old into an R rated movie. Good standards that need to be upheld. Besides subjecting the child to an R rated movie (IT) who wants to hear the usual commotion that goes along with a 6 month old!! Good Job ticket agent, should be employee of the month!!!!!!
I don't recall her name but the ticket lady was completely rude. I was gonna go see IT with my family and couldn't go in because of my 6 month old. I've been there plenty of times to see rated r movies with her and there was no issue.
I've been coming here since I was born and love it. Everyone is so welcoming and polite. Popcorn is amazing along with ICEE, hot dogs, ice cream, pretzels, and nachos. VIP seats so comfortable, 3D glass you can keep right after and bring them again. Last but not least they keep in movies that are from a while but bring new ones in. And summer you can get movie theater tickets for one dollar! And if your hungry right next to the movie theater is a cheeseburger cheeseburger. It's like a 60s diner but I recommend everything I said.❤️😉
All I have to say is Chelsea Anderson is one of the most rude people I have ever met. Me and my friends were trying to see Annabelle and one of my mates forgot his wallet so the guy told us he couldn't let us in so we go for an exchange to see another movie and when we come back Chelsea yells at us and is assuming we have made an elaborate plan to sneak into Annabelle and threatens to kick us out, we never said a word to this lady and had been nothing but respectful in this situation. Whoever gave this woman a job should be ashamed because I've been reading reviews on multiple websites and her name pops up every where with 1 star. I will not go back until she is terminated #FireChelsea. Hire some people who have some respect. Other than that the lady at the help station was really nice and understanding and the black male with red in his hair was a great window clerk.
Great local Theater. Only thing they could improve on is, the popcorn. You can tell when its fresh and when its not. Also one time I got a bucket that tasted like someone had dumped a ton of salt on it. If they are adding salt, maybe let patrons add the extra salt and not the employees.
Enjoyed our movie theatre visit today. Very clean theatre and good concessions. Kind employees. Will definitely be returning! Parking is in the rear of theatre. Wish it were more convenient, but due to the layout of the area that is not an option.
No more previews shown than in any other theatre.
Always clean and nice. Great sound system.
Love coming on Discount Tuesday. And that it good service. They could improve a little by getting some new chairs like the ones in the island though.
Great atmosphere is watch a movie at. Enjoyed the Plaza around the theatre with great food options
Movie theatre needs to turn up lights when crowd is ready to exit. Dangerous situation where there are elderly persons present. I have spoken with the manager but no change has been forthcoming. Also, way too many previews. This is a problem for me since we have to go early to obtain handicap seating. I think we were seated for one hour before our movie we really wanted very much to see was shown. After the last experience, I said last visit. We now drive a long distance to the island to see our movies.
We recently moved to Bluffton from Beaufort, SC and as a retired military, I always appreciated the fact that in the past Bluffton Cinemark recognized the service of us who made sacrifices for this country by offering military discounts on tickets. Although the saving was minimal, it was the recognition and tangible appreciation offered by a business such as Bluffton Cinemark for our decades of service including the many sacrifices made that earned the appreciation and loyalty of the military retirement community. Sadly, Bluffton Cinemark has chosen to no longer recognize and appreciate the service of military retirees by making the conscious decision to no longer offer military discounts for those that have given the best years of their life to ensure the freedom of this country. Although I appreciate the fact that they still do offer military discounts to those currently on active duty, the message clearly being sent to the military retirement community by Bluffton Cinemark is, “Yeah, but what have you done for me lately?”
