I spent 98 night at this hotel because of a work assignment. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I only had one small problem in my bathroom in the very beginning and the manager took care of it right away. I highly recommend this hotel for basic accommodations because of its superb staff.

Front desk was friendly, this is one of those hotels you go to sleep. Not much to enjoy in terms of amenities and none were really expected. Bed linens and towels were clean and fresh. Place needs a little TLC though. Kitchenette furniture cabinets and plates, especially the cups. Felt comfortable. I didn't feel too safe moving between building late at night on the count that it is pretty dark.

AMAZING DEAL! You get a full kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. A living room area and an upgraded bathroom all for right under 100$ well worth it and the lady at the front desk we felt with was absolutely a gem! Really really nice and knowledgeable

This is a great place to stay while traveling. It's just like a furnished apartment with a full kitchen. It's in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. The room was spotless and the bed linens and towels were perfectly white and clean. The only complaint I have is the loud noise from doors opening and doing but they are secure so I shouldn't complain. A great stay!

We love staying in Marriott’s. This was the first time ever I was using saved reward points and booked a room. The customer service agent I booked with was rude, but he probably has no tie to this hotel. When we arrived, it was a little simpler than expected, but not bad. Check in was alright, and informed both customer service agent and this agent I had a small dog, 7lbs. She stated it would be ‘like $25’. No worries, $25 for a hotel stay? Win! Except. Our room was COVERED in long black hair. The bathroom floor? Disgusting. In the sync? How did you miss that. On the toilet paper, in the tub, in the bed, on the carpet. Don’t get me wrong—I understand hair happens. But seriously? And then two days later, a $100 charge on my card. When I called, it was for my dog. What?! She was in a kennel, and did no damage—was it a damage charge?! No, just a pet convenience charge. Let me understandyou’re pet friendly and charge $78 for the crappy room, and $100 additional for pets to stay?! After I confirmed this with both agents it would be $25?
No. No. No. Requested refund. Don’t stay in this hairy hotel.

Nice place with a VERY friendly, helpful staff. Clean and stocked with useful stuff. Rooms have coffee, glasses, plates, utensils and the best part is they have Paul Mitchell (NOT tested on animals products) stocked in the bathroom. The only part that was bad for me were the channels offered on TV. There were SO many sports channels, which many might not mind, but I really have no interest in sports so the other options were slim pickings. It would also be helpful if there were some kind of TV guide.

Stayed one night 8/12/17. Rooms big, and full kitchen. Tv small for the room size. No dog size limits so very BIG dogs there. AIR in room was stuck at 80 degrees. Called Shaun at the desk and she said she couldn't imagine why it was not working, but that was all, so warm it stayed. I spoke with Karen at breakfast and she said Eric would fix it, but not while we were there. She took 20.00 off the room rate after all night of hot. Really?? $160.00 was a lot for a weekend stay. Breakfast ok, and rooms sufficient. Karen at least was ok, but the room issue inconvenienced me. Overall, nice hotel.

We were displeased with this hotel. The price on the Saturday we were they're was almost double the regular rate. There must have been a special event downtown, but we needed to stay in the Isle of Hope area and options are very limited. The hotel is older and not well maintained. Whatever cleaning product they use makes all the surfaces greasy and the room stank so badly when we arrived that we had to air it out by opening the windows the 2 inches allowed by the screws put in place on the frame. It was not a food or bodily fluid smell - it may have been a disgusting cleaner that made the thick, musty smell. When we returned after our event, there was a loud group of people parting in the pool area, despite a "pool closed" sign being displayed. The partiers were also taking up the limited parking spaces with their party, having set up camping chairs and coolers. We had to park around the corner far from our room. The smoking front desk employee nearby did nothing to stop, relocate, or minimize the disruptiveness of the group. Once we finally got to sleep despite the noise, we were woken throughout the night by noises that sounded like someone in our room. After a few false alarms, we discovered at 4am that it was the refrigerator making random, weird noises that sounded like someone shuffling their feet on carpet. Overall, I feel that it was generous to give this stay a 2 star rating.

If you're a Platinum member, you'd never know it here. My refrigerator wasn't working, I called the front desk, I got put on hold, I finally hung up. I figured out the fridge wasn't plugged in. When I called back, the desk clerk said she had me on hold to help some customers that had just walked in!? Really?? If you check in later in the day, you get the left overs, They do not keep the nicer rooms you request open for you. I think I'm going to start adding up my points elsewhere.

The late night/early morning lady at the front desk was a godsend!!! We had made a reservation but ended up not arriving until after 4am. She was able to adjust our reservation so we didn't have to worry about rushing for check out or anything. She was phenomenal!!! The room was perfect for what we needed. Only complaint is the refrigerator made a horrible clinking noise that made it a little difficult to sleep. But overall, excellent experience!!
