A very nice hotel. Service is good and the staff was helpful. No "vending machines. Small pantry, not very well stocked. Didn't have my favorite drink, like Coke.

Its clean and comfortable, very typical of any Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn't there long enough to use the amenities. There are a few places to eat nearby which the shuttle will take you too.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The property is clean, the rooms are serviced every day, and they come with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. This hotel is very close to the Savannah international airport and they have FREE SHUTTLE service to and from the airport, all it takes is a call to the front desk and they will set it up for you. This hotel is also very conveniently located to dozens of off property restaurants, BUT, they do have a restaurant in the hotel, if you would rather dine in. Lots of stores to choose from, if you want to go shopping, around the area.
Only 16 minutes to historical Downtown Savannah by car and the museum of The Mighty 8th Air Force only one exit away, on I-95 south.
All in all, I rate this as a 5 Star hotel in its category. You won't be disappointed if you stay here for one night, one week or one month.response / report this review -

Everyone is super nice and willing to help. The shuttle service is great. Not only to & from airport, but to restaurants & outlet mall for shopping.

There is no free breakfast buffet, you have to pay. They do have dinner. You have to pay. We ate dinner here , the food was really good. And so eas the service.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are dated and bathrooms. Upgrades and improvements are desperately needed. Our tub would not drain. It would fill up to our ankles while showering and then take at least an hour to drain. Bed was comfortable. For price and location I expected something a little more elegant. At $147.00 a night, it's grossly overpriced. Overall our stay was ok, not the best.

Excellent service by the very friendly staff (front desk, house keeping and everyone). Clean rooms and great location as it's close to the airport, restaurants and outlet mall.

The hotel is nice. Staff was very friendly. It is a short drive to the local outlet malls and a bunch of restaurants. Not far from the airport either. This hotel has a board of the flights arriving and departing at the airport. They also have a shuttle that can take you to the airport.

The staff was Great. My friends and I stayed the night because our flight home was canceled. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were great and accommodating. The hotel was also very pretty and clean. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
